NEVER again!!! Was picking up an online order at 11pm. Lobby was closed so I had to go through drive-thru, with only four cars in front of me I had to sit in the Drive-Thru for 26 minutes

I stopped in the morning on 1-12-26 @ 6:19 am and the heavy set colored lady did everything she could to not have to wait on me. after a few minutes she finally came over and took my order. Do better please or I will take my business elsewhere!

I came here and placed my order exactly at 3:48am through the mobile app, and I was told that they weren’t accepting any orders due to them changing over, even when I just saw a car pull up and order food. I pull up behind them and waited to place mine through the app. As they were currently making and preparing the other car’s food, I was told they can’t make mine. I used the last dollar in my bank to eat, knowing they cant issue refunds and last time this happened, I never got a refund, if I didn’t calI corporate that time. I tried to call the location and still cant get a refund or even do it through the app like I was told over the phone, when thats not an option, so who knows if I’ll even get a refund. I could’ve canceled the order and got my refund faster but the order is marked as complete, ready for pick up.
I work a 10 hour shift, and this is the only place that is open by the time I get off work. I basically won’t be able to eat in 1 to 7 business days as thats how long the refund takes, the app says. That is ridiculous and a poor excuse on why you couldn’t make my food, I felt like I was treated poorly.
I already have millions of other problems going here, like waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru, my order never being right, and always paying 20 to 15$ when my orders never get done right, the fries are a day old and they rewarm them like I won’t notice and many other issues. And not once, have I complained. It doesnt matter either way as I read through nothing but 1 star reviews, this is an occurring problem not because I came 12 minutes before changing to breakfast but because its a mobile order and they have many excuses like this one throughout 4 to 6 am apparently, another one is the system being down as well.
I still haven’t gotten my in book item for a cheeseburger and two apple pies, when I placed a 2 cheeseburger plain meal and ONLY GOT ONE burger, with cold fries. I work over at the tax business that’s next over, Ive gone here all my life with my mother and dad, this location use to give my dog nuggets. Frankly, I am tired and I’m done going here. McDonald’s needs to shut their app down.

The mcmuffin was hot, delicious, nostalgic perfection. My favorite sandwich from McD’s. I miss all day breakfast. The hashbrowns were so fresh and hot I had to let it cool down a bit, which is awesome. The steak egg and cheese bagel was fine. Not many onions and the meat was tiny. The toppings were dwarfed by the bagel, so there were a lot of mostly bread bites. For the most expensive breakfast sandwich, I would hope there’d be more to it. I realize it’s not restaurant level but probably because of corporate changes. It’s just frustrating when the prices go up and the food gets smaller. It was still hot and fresh so that was good. Fast service and nice staff.

I have been in this location and the drive thru but tonight was the last time. It was over 45 minutes and they are faking their times on their clocks. Even after the wait my food was still not fresh. Corporate really needs to look into this location. It sucks.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes only to get skipped 3 times, then walk inside to order my meal deals and they didnt even ring up the order correctly and came out far more expensive than what it was suppose to be. Talk to the person at the counter and she wanted to charge me for the chicken nuggets like I was trying to get them for free. Wasted my time with this location. Don’t recommend this location.

Every time I visit, the customer service is slow and unpleasant. Staff members often come across as rude and unwilling to help customers inside the restaurant. This location really needs to improve how they treat people.

Wondered what was holding up drive thru, normally one of the faster experiences at this location. Then the police came and got someone out of the lead vehicle in line — boy did the line move fast then! And AND MY fries were hot!

System is always “rebooting” when ever it’s coffee time. They also only take 2 orders at a time and you’re going to wait atleast 20 mins every visit. probably the worst McDonald’s in town

Surprise with a new look of this store. Staff are friendly and pleasant. They even came to the table and offered a refill for our coffee. Food is hot and freshly made. Outlets are available for all the tables for charging phones or laptops. I also like to point out the table number plates, which have been provided with braille writing. Greatly appreciated.
