Went in for a pick up and they are almost always on it I would say 90% of the time. When I do wait its no longer than 5 min which is rare. I hope the staff keeps up the great work
Although the bathrooms could use more clean up it tends to be on the dirty side more than not. Other than that the speedy customer service and meal preparation is 100% worth it

We ordered at the Kiosk and paid. We waited 25 minutes for our food, when we finally asked if it was ready, they acted like they didn’t even have our order number. I told her I was literally looking at our order number on the screen. We finally got it but they gave us the wrong sauce and they forgot my burger. On top of that the lady was kinda rude, I will not be returning.

I was walking in and noticed a long drive up line. Once someone finally acknowledged me standing there, it took about 15 minutes for my order. I took it with me and left. I went and sat outside across the street and when I took out the Filet O Fish sandwich and bit into it, it was plain. They did not put the cheese and tartar sauce on it. How hard is this job? I’ve only been in this location once before and it wasn’t great then either. The staff is horrible and I’m not sure there’s even a manager working there. There’s no quality control and the staff seems confused. For the number of people that work there, there shouldn’t be the problems people are reporting. There were at least 10 to 15 people in the back, no one in front. I’m going to dispute the charge and my money refunded. Get with it McDonald’s.

Very disappointing.
We ordered breakfast curbside.
We had 2 pancake breakfasts but when we got back to our hotel, they had only put 1 syrup and fork in the bag. We don’t have any utensils or extra syrup at the hotel.
Plus, no napkins in the bag and no straws for our drinks. And the coffee they put in the bottom of the bag spilled some.
Also, it took forever to get our food, probably 10 minutes

Says the drive-through is open at 4 AM, it’s 4:48 AM and still no one is answering. Waiting on a pick up order, but no one will even come to the intercom. Won’t answer phone.
Update: apparently, the hours that say they were updated two weeks ago are not correct. They say they open at 5 AM, but I don’t understand how I was able to place an order then. Normally you cannot place an order when a business is not open.
Had to cancel my order because no one was answering until I knocked on the window. Then I lost my reward and had to pay an extra almost 7 dollars and when I told her that, she could care less. Didn’t even get an apology after that. I said I hope they fix this. No response. after all that My pop wasn’t even full. Never again

Awful location!! My coke was half filled with no ice fries cold, nuggets stale and half filled fries. $20 bucks spent for a shitty experience! Called to get it fixed and she hung up on me. Two workers working tonight..no line and couldn’t fix my order due to their lack of patience!

Absolutely pissed I continue to waste money at this place… and ill own up to giving this place too many chances.
I have tried countless times to give this McDonalds the benefit of the doubt. Between missing items in my orders on multiple occasions, undercooked food, and the lack of professionalism it is ridiculous.
This morning, I had ordered 2 Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffins and was charged for such. Upon getting home, and opening the sandwich wrappers, there was no egg on either sandwich. Almost a 5 dollar difference between the two types of sandwich, gone in the wind.
Maybe if staff was more attentive to the orders and not playing Rock Paper Scissors at the drive thru window, I wouldnt have had this experience.
For any future consumers, please save the time, money, and headache and go somewhere else for better quality, portions, and cost.

I used the machine to place our order. The chicken in the snack wrap was cold to the touch and the fries were as well. They were having a new hire training meeting in the lobby where we are. There was more people in that meeting then the rest of the joint. Probably because all the locals know not to eat in. The play area was okay at best. I do not think they clean it at all. Yuck. It there is another in town hit it.
