The parking lot is way too small woth.lines that guide you to 2 drive through OR a highway offramp that’ll ensure you never get out. The restrooms are locked and so dirty id rather hit the next gas station. With the unsanitary conditions overall, I’ll drive right past this place from now on! Im certain the cooking area was just as bad, if not worse.

I’m loving it! Every bit. I’ll start by saying the customer service is exemplary and indicative of what McDonald’s customer service should be. This is a very clean facility with new place your own order screens just in case there is a crowd. If you are in the area this will be your best selection for Mickey D’s. Maria was very rude to me at the window. I attempted to pay at the first window and unfortunately my card declined but I already started to go forward and upon attempt to reverse I was told to pay at next window. Maria proceeded to hand me the food and then I attempt to pay but then she begins telling me I didn’t pay and took the food back telling me to go back around the line I waited 30 minutes in and avoided the panhandlers while doing so smh. If not for the other employee I would have left without food. Terrible service

My experience was very relaxing earlier today. Food was prepared quickly, coffee was hot, cashier was friendly. The customer service was awesome, and the atmosphere was inviting. I enjoyed the contemporary vibes of the lobby and it was very clean in there as well. Two thumbs up!!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in this area. The orders are rarely correct and most of the staff on the weekends and every afternoon is rude and never get it right. Even with simple online orders where every detail is added, do they get it right. I ordered coffee with cream and sugar and got black coffee. This McDonald’s is horrible

Horrible untrained staff long lines and messed up orders no wonder why you have alot of mad customers. Manager with brown hair ponytail with freckles was very rude and while dinnng i heard her talking about one of the employes badly saying shes bucked tooth and anoying and she cant wait untill she messes up again so she can fire her then laughs about it dont recommend to anyone not good service or dinning experience
