30+ minutes without an getting an order in a restaurant without a functioning central AC? I’m ready to leave but the wife won’t let me. The lady behind the counter is a hateful person who clearly despises her job. So much for me trying McDonald’s for the first time in over a decade.

I had breakfast here this morning and they got my order correct and it taste great. I came back for lunch and they got my order wrong but they were quick to fix it. It’s a little dirty, but I think that’s probably because it is such a busy McDonald’s.

Not for me,,,, unpleasant,, ignorant young women behind the counter. Hardly won’t look at you. They’re at the wrong place. Whatever happened to ,”welcome to McDonalds” ,,, or “good morning”. No smiles, nothing. Like eating in a dump. The food was alright.

Went during lunch, used the app. There must have been 50 school age kids inside, not ordering. The manager was polite, yet firm to the kids to get them to leave. As I was stuck in the back and couldn’t make it to the pick up window, she noticed my struggle and asked my number, which she personally brought to me. Great customer service in frantic lunch hour setting! Thank you!

This place is disgusting, homeless people everywhere inside who smell so bad it can make you puke. The workers tried kicking them out but they didn’t leave. Did not look to be sanitary for eating and the smell was so bad I just left, felt very uncomfortable inside.

All I ordered was a simple large soda and my order kept getting ignored. Everyone before me got their orders even though I ordered first. It was like they put me on a “pay no mind” list. Took almost 45 minutes to get a simple drink. I don’t recommend this location to a starving person. And the staff spend more time cussing at each other than filling people’s orders. Never again.

This place continues to mess up my to go orders. I order a hamburger to go. Normally I would check it prior to leaving, but the store was randomly closed for an hour and only doing to go orders. So I get back to the office and the whole order is wrong. What a joke

Everything about this location was good I even did the survey. The manager asked what would I like and I said an Orange Juice. She brought one back to me and I exited the building. I put my straw in an couldn’t get any out so I opened the lid and seen a plastic bag in my drink.. that definitely irritated me cause by the time I realized it my train was approaching so I couldn’t go back. They need to be careful about things like this.
