old food- had order for pick up . Fries were cold and this was the filet o fish sandwich. obviously been sitting out for quite some time- i think that was supposed to be cheese !

Ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches
Thought they had mayo, or lettuce and tomato on . Nothing!!!!!
Both sandwiches were over done, one was stringy when person took a bite.
Best part of our order was French fries.
Also , teach your people to not speak so fast. Then we can understand them.

If you ever order plain make sure you check before leaving this location because they always add onions. Over the last year this McDonalds can’t seem to understand plain means bun, cheese, meat. That’s it. No onions. There has been one incident where I went in to get my burger corrected and the second one still had onions on it. Either they are incompetent or they don’t care about customer service. I have spoken with managers about this multiple times but it never changes. So for your own sake do a food quality check before driving out of the parking lot.

Food is alright standard McDonald’s but service is really quick I ordered and in about 20 seconds my food was ready. The atmosphere is pretty good a little quiet with music playing in the background.

I wasn’t asked if my order was for here or to go, and I ate my dinner on a to go bag. There was also a female manager who was loud and bossy. She was raising her voice at a younger male employee, mentioning how if he wanted a break, she shouldn’t have been late. She was also yelling at him to do this and go get that. It was very distracting for me and the other customers when we are trying to eat, and we have to look up every 5-10 minutes because she was really raising her voice telling her employees what to do or arguing with them.

It’s really disappointing when your town only has so many fast food establishments and McDonalds is always a let down. I know what you are thinking… if you don’t like it then go somewhere else but it’s the point of the matter. It’s simple mistakes that makes the biggest impacts. Ask for 2 ranches for nuggets, get 1. Leave and realize you have no napkins for 3 meals that you just ordered, or or ordered a 6 piece nugget, get 5 nuggets. I really believe employees need to be trained better to service customers and pay attention to the details for quality. Basically just care more… here is the picture of the deluxe chicken sandwich I ordered last night..smh

Dude named Zackary took my order when he didnt need to, showed me the app and saved me a couple bucks. Biggest thing was he just had an attitude that is under appreciated in service places like mcds. Would go back for just that.

Update…. Still a bad McDonald’s.. now I remember why I should’ve gone here. Order a large fries and get a medium in a large fries holder.
To top that off they don’t even give you your receipt. Guess that’s a way to hide what you’re doing
