They’re always nice when I come in. Sometimes they are busy but they do take time in asking me if I need anything extra like a drink tray or smiling while telling me have a good day. I never go through drive thru, so I can’t say anything on that but walking in is almost always perfect. They do keep it extremely clean as well. Bathrooms do need a little touch up when they’re really busy, but I do understand you’ll need all hands sometimes. I only mention it because I said the comment about cleanliness.

Messed up order, we had a hard time understanding person taking order through drive thru. When we got order it wasn’t correct and gave us a hard time about correcting it. After we paid more and drove away.I discovered my sweet tea was unsweetened.

7.10.18 This is one of the better McDonalds in the area, just because they get the order right and have better customer service that the other locations. I had the standard $1 fare of 2 cheeseburgers, small fries and a triple cheeseburger great for the tummy but not the cholesterol. Note: I do not use the self-service kiosks because they are kinda dirty as hell.

This location was probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. We first pulled up to the drive thru ,3 minutes passed by and the line of cars is not moving, people srarted to back out of the drive thru, so we decided to just dine in instead, we walked in and lady who took our order got it all wrong, we had to take couple of trips back to her to fix the order. The staff was not properly moving the orders,there was something wrong I dont know what it is. It did not feel like a normal McDonald’s where everyone is working like beehive. I think they need to look into that location’s staff.

Today I stopped in to buy my niece a quick bite to eat, while paying three roaches were running around on the counter. I told the lady will not be moving forward with my transaction while she was trying to kill them . Come to find out they still charged my card and were unwilling to refund saying I have to come back to the establishment. NO ONE AT ANY POINT IN TIME ATTEMPTED TO CATCH ME BEFORE I LEFT (THE MANAGER SAID SHE HAD TRIED TO STOP ME)… I WAS WALKING VERY SLOWELY AND STOOD IN THE MALL FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. This was a horrible example of customer service. I will NEVER return to this location. They can keep the $10… I’m sure they need it more.

it was horrible, there was about 3 African American woman in the cashiers and I walked up to the counter and they all have me dirty looks, and the oldest looking African American female (about 30 – 40 years old) started mumbling things to the other 2 workers and they were all laughing, and kept saying things under their breathe and the other workers kept laughing. The one woman that was taking my order gave me so much attitude and was just so rude. Horrible Service. Hope they all get fired.

Horrible customer service. I’ve gone twice and both times something was off with the food or something in the food. In my fries it looked like fried gum got mixed in. I asked for a dr prepped the machine was out and she didn’t ask what I would want and she just try to be slick and pour me root beer. Also from a coworker she brought cookies that had mold in them. Do not eat here.
