Lady that works at the window always wearing a purple sweatshirt every morning has such an attitude for no reason. It’s like she knows my order because she starts off super nice and as soon as I say my order her whole attitude changes. I say thank you at the window and she just went “hmm” while not even looking at me while handing me my food. So rude and what’s the attitude for at 7:50 in the morning lol

Service is bad and employees are rude here. Literally stood at the counter trying to place an order for seven minutes and nobody would help us even though several employees saw us standing there. One of them looked like a manager since she was wearing a different color shirt. Finally a younger kid came out of the bathroom and decided to take our order. He started giving us attitude like he didn’t want to be there. So we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Don’t recommend you come here.

Just went there this morning. My son wanted a McGriddle before school. In the drop off line he opens it and it’s just 2 floppy pancakes, not a sandwich. Husband and I went in to complain and had to wait to complain!! Nobody even cared. Sad thing is, these wrong food orders happen all the time. I hate McDonalds, food makes me sick, but the kids love it. So I’m either checking my food before I drive off or driving back to get my correct order. Just terrible. I’m going to the yorkville McDonald’s from now on.

Employees are all really nice and always a quick trip.
Edit: 9/2 Just went here after my kids after school activities. Let me just say the line was long and slow. BUT when I got to both windows both gals greeted me when I got there and when I was leaving. The one made sure I had the right types of happy meals for the kiddos and eveything in our order was right! These kids working are doing great, I assume they just need more help or maybe they weren’t planning for that kind of a rush!!

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s. Stale food, wrong orders, just a joke. Had a bagel sandwich couldn’t bite through the bottom bagel not toasted but like 3 day old stale.

Best meal I had at McDonald’s. Bread, sauce, filet, cheese, bread all perfectly piled and centered onto my sandwich. Nuggies fresh and perfectly crisp. Burger=Perfect. Happy customer. Is there new management?! The perfection even satisfied my ocd. Wish I took pictures but I already ate my foods .
