We visit this location often but today was very different. The food came out fast and was very fresh. We normally order the fries with no salt because we hate how they are always over salted. I forgot to order that way today but the fries still came out fresh and not over salted at all. All the food was freshly made and hot when we got the order. The bathrooms were clean! The manager, Asia (sorry if that’s spelled wrong), walked the lobby and stopped to ask if we were happy with everything. I also heard her talking to the staff and I loved that they were clearly having fun while they worked but she was definitely holding them accountable if the orders were not prepared correctly. The team seemed to enjoy her leadership. This was a great visit!

I’m on the search for the McDonald’s with the best chicken buiscuit. This McDonald’s was something else. They gave me this frappe which is about the saddest mocha frappe I have ever seen. Not to mention my hashbrown wasn’t cooked all the way, and my chicken from my buiscut looks like someone straight up took a bite of it. Although looking how it was cooked it was definitely ripped or broken before cooking. But they get a 9/10 on the buiscuit alone. Was not underdone or overcooked. Perfect squish but everything else was questionable

Poor management and customer service.
The whole team definitely needs periodic training. As a repeated customer, the quality of the food and customer care is very important for us. Missing items when placing an order is not uncommon but having attitude when taking order (during the breakfast time) and the unapologetic behavior from the manager is not acceptable.

If you’re looking to use Curbside as a faster way, don’t. They’ll serve every car in the drive thru and take 20 minutes on a meal that already says it’s ready. When you DO get it brought out, it’s cold.

Was there twice in a day and the person(s) taking orders were great early and late in the day. The people handing orders off and completing were horrible. Bought some ice cream for my kids and were all half full! Not including missing a Fry earlier in the day, getting an attitude just letting then know I paid for another fry and would like it… will do my best to go somewhere else moving forward.

Our Autism group of 1st-3rd graders and as many Staff went to McDonald’s on Rt 59 in Plainfield, IL. We called first to give them advanced notice. The staff were very patient while our staff helped each student order their food with AAC devices and pay with cash and receive change. The McDonald’s staff and customers were very kind and patient with us. I think it was because of this kindness that our students had a calm and successful community trip!! Thank you, McDonald’s Plainfield!

Ok, usually we do not have good experience at Mc Donald’s (Bad experience with Location on Hwy 30, also Plainfield,Il location)
But yesterday I was impressed by the service
Manager Azia- was amazing
I was confused by the monopoly game
And she took her time to listen, explaining and take my order
Food was very tasty and good
