This location is on the way to my office. I stop a time or two per week for beverages. The iced tea and coffee are always fresh and good. I always use drive through which is efficient, even at rush hour. On the occasion that I do get a breakfast on the run, it is always good, too.

I could learn the entire chinese vocabulary while making myself and seven small families a gourmet, three Michelin star dinner before this place can properly operate their drive thru. Took more than 30 minutes to make a burger on a Saturday. Absolutely absurd. Not to mention they missed the only burger on the order. Comical!

Listen, I only go to McDonald’s for one thing really and that’s a chicken biscuit in the morning. That item is so delicious when they get it right. But it’s so hit or miss at every McDonald’s. I don’t know how you mess up a biscuit part of a chicken biscuit but these McDonald’s should win an award for somehow making a biscuit as hard as a brick.

The place was gross! There was pop spilled in the play area on the floor and across 2 tables. There were no clean tables anywhere! No garbage can in the bathroom to put a dirty diaper. And apparently this is up to standard for a quarter pounder. Even after we brought it back and asked for a new one cooked well done, the second one was even more pink! They messed up the entire order, did not customize the burgers as requested (but it was printed on the wrappers of each that they were) health department will be getting a call for this location!

Terrible service this location has made me pull forward several times while they finished my order today I waited 10 minutes for my food and the LG frappe I order was only half full and starting to melt. When I went in to complain about it they said oh are machine just went down sorry. They never offered a refund instead they walked away from me with a disgusting look on there face. If your ever out in Plainfield I would tell you to stay away from the McDonald’s on Renwick and 59.

Just a heads up for any Uber driver, door dash Delivery driver or grub hub driver I was told by a McDonald’s associate that your not aloud to park in the Delivery driver parking spaces. I’m not sure why it says we can though especially since we are only there for 1 to 5 minutes. I was told that it’s only for the drive through people.
