Fast driver through! We showed up at 10:00 on a Saturday and the line looks so long. We almost skipped our order and then we went in and there was nobody working but then the line actually went pretty fast in the drive-thru!

I’ve been going here off and on for about 3 years. I love the people in the drive-thru, especially the ones I see on the regular. My two pups also enjoy rolling through. They get a LOT of praise on how cute they are.

Honestly, since I’ve started nursing school, having time to make food has been less of a priority since I’ve been so focused on my studies. Any McD has always been my go to when I want something quick and delish, but the McDonalds on Hansen Blvd in Aurora, IL has never ever disappointed me. They have consistently made their food fresh and delish each time, they’ve never given me old fries or old hash browns, or old mcchicken patties. Other places have, but this place has always been 100% with their food and drinks. Mcdonalds sweet tea lemonade is my go to drink because I love the mix, and the one by my house makes it good about 85% of the time, but this one always makes it perfect! Thank you McD on Hansen for always being consistent!!

AWFUL SERVICE! waited over 20 mins for chocolate milkshake bc they turned the machine off early – they were then MAD that we chose to wait after they offered us the option to. Finally, they gave us the wrong size so when we went back around we asked for the correct drinks and they just dumped them into different cups and added extra whip cream. Bsfr

I come home from work so I ordered McDonald’s because me and my wife are too tired to cook. I ordered 20 piece chicken nugget and a basket of fries and we DoorDash it well guess what happened? I can already tell they gave me the old chicken nuggets to get rid of the chicken nuggets that’s been in the heater for a long time and they gave me brown fries Not golden fries. so this was around 9:30 PM so that tells me they’re trying to get rid of all their old food and they don’t care about their customers so I called back and I’ll talk to a manager. She didn’t care you know. She told me she goes OK you can bring it back. What makes you think after I work 15 hours I wanna jump in my car and drive back to McDonald’s after I just DoorDash it chicken nuggets were hard as a rock fries or cold and brown disgusting McDonald’s don’t care about the customers anymore. They overcharge us and they don’t care what they serve anymore and how long their food stays in the oven, they just want to get rid of the old food and give it to us late at night. I definitely wanna get a hold of Corprate because this has to stop. McDonald’s is already overcharging people with their food and watch they’re gonna leave a message and say I’m so sorry for your experience. Can you please come back and we’re trying to make it better for you? Hell no you should’ve made it better the first time I hope this place closed down like the other McDonald’s because we don’t need a McDonald’s like this in our neighborhood McDonald’s corporate people are just trying to get rich off middle class people like us and serve us the worst food ever and the managers. Here are the worst managers. They don’t care all they do is give you attitude like it’s our fault like we cook the food they don’t take no responsibility for their actions. I just spent $30 for DoorDash for them to deliver and and bring me my food from this McDonald’s disgusting absolutely disgusting chicken nuggets and fries. If there were an award going to the worst Mcds for screwing up the orders. They get at least 5 things wrong each time. Have to go back for missing items always. Can’t remember not having. Why i keep going there well its the closest Mcds. But unless go in and order in person its guaranteed to be wrong.
