It’s 9:45pm 8/26/23 and they’re “open” but their McDonald’s sign is off and they’re drive thru lights. They do this all the time. Their website says they’re open until at 11pm. I think they do this on purpose so people don’t stop by. They also 8/10 times mess up orders.

First visit to this specific McDonalds. Was greeted nicely by a young lady who asked how I was doing and then took my order. It was a fairly large order so she offered a cup holder, which was handy. Food came quickly and was very good. Restaurant was clean. Smiling helpful employees make all the difference.

Fast, pleasant service. I arrived by bike and there is a place to lock it. It was fairly busy. The dining room was a little cluttered. The floor could use a sweep. Other than that it was what I would expect on a busy Saturday evening. The soda was cold. The room was brightly lit. A lot of kids laughing but that doesn’t bother me. This is a family restaurant and a draw for teenagers so it’s all good. I’m surprised they didn’t have iced tea available by the drink station.

It’s McDonald’s, so I’m reviewing it compared to other McDonald’s. The order is wrong more often than it is right. The fries are often soggy and limp. The inside is usually dirty. You’re much better off going down the street to the one in the BP.

Ordered through the app, was given someone else’s order. Lady in pink at window 2 who gave me the wrong order was very rude and wouldn’t open the window when I told her it was wrong. She didn’t even check to see if it was right. The reason this isn’t lower is because the nice person working the counter was super helpful and understanding and got it fixed. I’ve had too many issues here in the past I’m just happy I checked for once before returning home this time.

It’s a chill place, food isn’t bad, service isn’t the worst, honestly better than most, and the atmosphere was a bit dirty but they are always busy so I’ll give them sympathy. It’s overall a good place.

Must be 10-15 employees behind counter, no people eating here…. Employees standing around laughing, very loud, etc. — the dining room is disgusting! Every table is dirty, napkins everywhere, trash, food all over floor. Filthy! Will not be returning.

Every time i come to this place they never get an order right! I asked for mocha frappe I got a Carmel frappe, he wiped the Carmel and whip cream off and added whip cream and fudge back. I asked for daily double I got a double cheeseburger. They charged me for someone else order not put my money back on my card

Just came from there through the drive through. Food was horrible….dry cold nuggets like they were under the heat lamp all day, semi-warm fries, AND they forgot my nugget sauce! The only decent thing was the frappe. A waste of $11.00 and I will NOT be spending another dime of my hard-earned money there!!
