I get that food can be occasionally wrong, it happens at all restaurants – but this location does not care at all about serving you decent food. Came for hotcakes this morning. Hotcakes have gone up to almost $6 for 3 little pancakes. I don’t mind paying because it is one of my son’s favorite breakfasts. I left this location about 20 minutes ago. (See video) The hotcakes were incredibly hard; either overcooked or old. The workers do not care about what you are served here. Do not waste your money on inedible food that this location serves.

The manager on duty the evening of 12/4 had me in tears on my drive back home. I had ordered 3 of the Grinch meals after hearing about the socks and how good the Grinch salt is. I was disappointed to get home and see none of the 3 meals had the salt so I called and the lady said I could come back up there to get the salt. I made the drive back and brought back 2 of the 3 fries because my dad already ate his not knowing that it came with a special seasoning. I walked in and she asked what my problem was when she saw I had a bag in my hand. I explained the situation and she said, “I did these meals, I know I put the salt in there!” I said, “No, we checked all 3 boxes, there was no salt in there.” She proceeded to hand me the salt and I told her I want the fries remade because they would be cold by the time I got back home to put the salt on them. She said, “You’re going to have to bring back all the food the next time you do this!” She threw away the fries I gave her then proceeded to remake the 2 fries and bag them. When she set them on the counter to put the salt in she again said, “I know I put them in there!” I said, “I would not have brought the fries back if I would have had the salt.” She closed the bag and flung it at me then walked away. I stood there for a moment in shock at the way I was just treated. No one should be treated this way as my feelings were hurt and she basically called me a liar. I would not have left my food at home to get cold to come back up there in the freezing cold if the salt was in the bag. My family and I triple checked, mistakes happen all the time. Anyone could easily think they did something when they really didn’t especially when handling multiple orders at once. Maybe she thought she did my order but didn’t, who knows, but no one should be made to feel like they’re trying to scam to try and get something free especially not over something as simple as Grinch salt. I would of accepted a, “Oh! I thought I put it in there…I apologize.” But that was not her response. She needs to learn to always treat others the way you would want to be treated.

Waited for over 5 mins before I went to kiosk because no one served me. The manager was rude and looked angry. Probably her natural face when at work. Another employee was using foul language as he clocked out and left for the day.

The condition of the Rx? Horrible. Nasty. Drink station was nasty and soaked. Very dirty.

The place desperately needs management. You can just tell nothing goes the way it’s supposed to.

Right off the bat the lady on the front that I will include her picture was so rude very extremely aggressive. She was talking to me like I’ve never paid for anything before specially when I asked for a plastic cup instead of a paper one for the water.

This is the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had by far after this lady antagonized me and I paid for a plastic cup I go to the machine and there was no water in the fountain machine so I just filled it up with Coke since I had already paid for the cup and I’m thirsty to find an insect in the cup when I was done. I’ve never been so disgusted of my life from a drink, I have never had a bug in my drink, and this bug wasn’t a cup. The one she made me pay for whoever was managing the place couldn’t handle confronting me about the fact that there’s a bug in my cup and it took them 10 minutes to bring me a new cup filled with water. I went in to get some breakfast for 4, all I wanted was the usual I get at all locations, I asked for my eggs to be substitute. Normally there is no up charge but at this specific location. They charged me almost 2.40 for a egg . I have never been uncharged at any other location. The worst comes they giving me attitude like I’m a problem cause the manager didn’t know her code or supposed to be manager. 3rd they allow me to walk out without giving me my two frappé, once I came back I caught more aggressive behavior. I just asked for the frappes and some cup holders with straws. They was not busy either may I add. I will not return to this location and I encourage all

Went inside to get a drink only for the kiosks to be down and the employees that were there were NO help at all. Eventually I was noticed to get my order taken. I was taken back when I get to the drink station and there are literal GNATS flying out of the spouts due to the spilled pop that had to be sitting there for hours because bugs don’t appear that was due to neglect I was disgusted and asked for a refund only for the women to battle me over me not wanting to spend my $ there anymore. I wouldn’t give a dime more of my $ to this place. That was it for me horrible wait times as well.

Hours posted on the restaurant window said that the dining room would be open M-Th at 6:00 a.m. but the manager of the restaurant shook her head no at us from the cashier counter (as we stood outside in the rain) indicating with hand gestures that they would not open the doors for us to enter the restaurant and motioned we had to use the drive-thru. It was 6:02 am on Monday. She couldn’t even be bothered to come to the door to speak to us from behind the locked glass. Please update your signage.

Gave my order to the wrong person and slopped my Taco Dinner and kids’ meals together. Don’t what was done to our meal because of their mistake. Late night cook laughed and didn’t fix my meal. No utensils or napkins was an extra smack in the face. Terrible place of business. Just didn’t care. the only thing I thought was descent was how early in the morning they stayed open, but the crew is trash. Please trust that’s horrible. Trashed $26

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We placed our order thru the app, pulled up to the window to pay, had to pull into one of their pickup spaces…and still waited almost 30 minutes before I decided to walk in to get our food in which NO ONE acknowledged that I was even standing there even when an older lady that worked there walked right in front of me to go to the cooking area as she put some gloves on. After standing there for another 7 or 8 minutes a young man walks up with my food, no apologies for the wait, nothing. I will NEVER go there again.
