Given the wrong order and found out too late. Ordered burgers and got chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. I could let this go but every time I am there, the employees are incredibly rude and speak like I’m a huge inconvenience when I repeat my order back to double check it is correct. Everyone there acts like they don’t want to be there. I get a lot of them are teenagers, but teach them to at least pretend to have some customer service. Maybe there needs to be a staff meeting.

I ordered a big Mac with no lettuce ant got a layer of the sandwich that was empty. Unfortunately I was already on the road before I found out. I’m returning for a refund for sure. See photo. Like really… when you did this it didn’t like trigger a reaction that maybe I misread the order? Do better with your app McDonald’s.

The breakfast crew is the star assembly for this particular franchise and they are the best to get from 5AM to about 7AM. Tough location though, gets crowded quickly, tends to attract some real lo-brows and other cavefolk. This amplifies when the bars close, and the service crawls overnight. Go early or pray for good timing.

This is the second time visiting this location. The initial day there was an employee “sweeping” debris off the dining table utilizing a broom. I politely informed the manager and she didn’t do anything to resolve this unsanitary practice.

Consider that star above an illusion. This place doesn’t deserve it. This place isn’t just bad in every way you can imagine; it’s bad in ways no one has even thought of yet. Stay away from here if you value your blood pressure. I don’t even know where to begin. Turning in from southbound Harlem is a nightmare anytime after 7 AM. You have options on where to park. You can park in front on the west and get blocked in by the drive through. You can park in the south where trucks need to go through. Or you can park on the east which is tight and narrow. Then you still have to find a way out and leaving to go south is nearly impossible and quite dangerous in the daytime.

I got 2 Big Mac’s and asked for light Mac sauce no salt on my fries and I got extra Mac sauce and salt on my fries so I decided I didn’t want the food so I took it back and asked for a refund and the manager told me they don’t give refunds I’m not happy about this it doesn’t say no refunds on the receipt or anywhere in the store so I would like someone to explain to me how they can do this to customers me personally I will be reporting this to the BBB
