Whoever is managing tonight isn’t doing their job. The only person actually WORKING was the kid in the back making the food. Literally EVERYONE else there was standing around talking and doing nothing. The slowest service! If they did less talking and actually payed attention the food would have came out in a timely manner. A bunch of kids all stoned goofing off. Terrible service. Girl at the front counter was VERY RUDE too! Upper management needs to check the schedule for the employees working Oct 5th at 6:15pm and do something about it because it was ridiculous

If I could I wouldn’t even put one star. The employee at the window was so high on drugs and kept asking the same question several times. We asked for a medium mocha and they asked what flavor.. They were so slow and couldn’t even put our order in right. Terrible service and unprofessional. We didn’t even buy anything because knowing them they would mess up our order. What a waste of time. McDonald is getting worse and worse.

Making good on my promise to give them a 1-star review. We ordered 2 drinks and asked if there were free refills. The woman at the counter said yes. So we drank them and then went up before we left to have them refilled. But the manager rudely said that they are not doing refills because of “cOvId”. Get your story straight, Ronald.
