Probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. Every item was wrong and both drinks were forgotten and not charged originally. My three burgers with extra pickles had 1 pickle each, my quarter pounder with cheese and ketchup only, had mustard and no cheese. I ordered a small frappe and a large Diet Coke and both were forgotten. There were also NO OTHER CUSTOMERS, very disappointed and not a great start to my roadtrip.

Took my foster children and grandchildren out to burn some energy in their play land bought them some food and they played for hours. they will bring you your order to you so you don’t have to leave your children unattended. This time the play area was a little dirty but I blame the parents who allowed their children to make the mess and not clean it up!

Somehow nothing is ever fixed every time I come nere here, every time I come up in there and use those machines that are in the McDonald’s that you can order from the thing they never work properly, it’s either they don’t give you the right receipt, order thing won’t let you login, or the thing is just completely broken not to mention there are a lot of flies.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Literally waited 10 minutes and had to walk away with no order. I saw plenty of staff but they didn’t want to look behind them to take our orders.
There was at least 5 others in line.
Mobile orders were turned off, drive thru was a priority.
I skipped them and went to Dunkin’ Donuts.

Ordered 3 sandwiches and every single one of them had something wrong. There was no other customers and took 5 minutes to remake my one sandwich that I actually complained about by the time I got back to my seat my other 2 sandwiches were cold and that’s when I discovered a hard chicken sandwich and hard bread on the other sandwich. Didn’t eat the food and left pissed. The employees were not friendly and looked like they hated their jobs. A bus came in as I got my sandwich replaced and all the employees rolled their eyes and were acting annoyed that they got some customers. 10/10 will never return here again. -2/10 rating. Worst McDonald’s experience.

How could first it be possible that right when switch over from breakfast to lunch my fries isn’t fresh, if they just start out with their first batch…. The fries were soggy Old looking and had a very strong grease taste to it not to mention my Big Mac was sloppily made ♂️ and the bread was hard and the damn sandwich was cold (HOW)!! ♂️ as if just been sitting out l……mind you they literally just switched over from breakfast to lunch( ️GOTTA be MORE careful)
