Honestly, Dave’s Hot Chicken was way better than I expected. The chicken was actually juicy, not dry like a lot of places, and the seasoning had real flavor, not just heat. I got the tenders with fries and everything tasted fresh. The staff were chill and my food came out fast. If you like spicy food, this place is definitely worth it.

Worst customer service ever. I work in customer service and what this lady did was not it. First i went with my friend to eat, btw i bought a meal. My friend is sick which while we were eating she needs it a cup of water. THE BLONDE GIRL WITH TO PIERCINGS said NO CUP OF WATER SORRY NOT SORRY. While i was waiting politely. Which a cup of water at least a small one it’s is required to give to customers. Not only that, there was another customer who was waiting for her politely and she goes WHAT YOU WANT? Another thing one of the same customers got a hair on his chicken nuggets.
Come on people I have work on McDonalds before, the one I used to work we did gave cup of waters and we never received people that had hair on their food.
I understand it was busy on drive thru but that is not a way to treat customers. She was getting stress out from nowhere because none of the customers were being problematic or annoying and she was being rude to all of them

Everything was served to his correctly fresh and hot. It was easy to order with the kiosk and to receive a number and then it was called out to us when it was ready. The restaurant was very clean on the inside and on the outside with lots of parking

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL the older African American woman with short hair and glasses was terrible i believe she’s a manger I don’t know her name but she needs to take a retraining on how to treat customers especially when I’m spreading my money this isn’t the first time I experience weird behavior there I usually don’t have problems but when I do it’s usually the same people. For some reason the workers have the worst attitude and I get it we all have bad days but the way they act at the window is sometimes diabolical and just unacceptable when you’re working in customer service

Would give it zero stars if I could. The drive thru was busy so I walked into MCD.
For 20 minutes while I’m waiting to have someone take my order, I’m watching them make and assemble the food and not one of them were wearing gloves. Then a guy is picking at his nose.
I asked for the manager who was wearing a nose ring and inquired why no one was wearing gloves. Her reply was “hey guys who are making the food put your gloves on” and then she says no one else wears gloves.
I asked if the Dept of Health is aware of how everyone is not wearing gloves??!!
I gladly walked out. This place is unprofessional and disgusting.

I ordered on the McDonald’s app and picked up in drive thru. I’ve always received great customer service at this location. My order has always been correct and food is always hot. I love the fact that there are always deals in the app as well.

The food is always cold. The buns be stale or chewy. The service from the staff members is 40/60 they have some friendly staff (40%) and a lot of unfriendly staff (60%) They get mad when you ask for fresh food, to correct ordered items, or for the correct drink. This McDonalds is always loaded with disrespectful kids. The security have no control over the large crowds and have to call the police sometimes. The only hot menu item is the french fries

This McDonald’s on Lagrange Road in Orland Park, IL was recently remodelled. Very modern beautiful building, looks great with the new LaGrange Road remodel/expansion…A very dependable location, clean, orders are always correct, food is always hot, important attributes to a great fast food experience that is rarely seen nowadays. I am observing a religious fast from meat for Easter so I had the Fish Filet sandwich and an iced coffee…..both were great!
