To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at one of your McDonald’s locations(8611 South Harlem Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455, 12:46am, Friday January 23rd 2026).
I ordered a 20-piece Chicken McNugget meal with two large fries. This meal is entitled to four sauces; however, I was only given two. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, she refused to correct the mistake and declined to provide her name when I asked for it.
Refusing to fix a simple order error and then refusing to identify herself is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for someone in a management position. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and accountability, neither of which were provided.
This experience reflects poorly on McDonald’s customer service standards. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed seriously and that appropriate action be taken regarding this manager’s conduct. Customers should not be treated this way, especially over a simple and valid request.
I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this matter will be addressed.

Sitting in the drive-thru and haven’t moved in over 10 minutes. Maybe take advantage of the drive thru parking spaces for long orders. If I wasn’t blocked in I would have left long ago. Over 25 minutes in line. Absolutely a horribly run location.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had, went in for a late night dine, and got completely shut down by the manager. At exactly 12:54am on Friday June 23, this horrible manager who was on shift denied the sauces I was entitled to for my 20 pc chicken nuggets. This was honestly the most unprofessional experience I’ve had, and I will contact corporate ASAP. This is not the first time I’ve had a real bad encounter with the 87th and Harlem location, and will make sure it’s the last bad experience!!! This manager in charge WILL BE FIRED!! And this is coming from a previous manager at McDonald’s.

I ordered a large double quarter pounder meal with 20 piece chicken nuggets. I got the food fresh and hot, but the fries were a bit cold, but they were good with the meal. I would recommend you trying their chicken nuggets.

Ordered two crispy chicken deluxe. The crispy chicken deluxe sandwich was terrible there was no seasoning ,no salt it was a bland the only thing on the sandwich was 1 tomato slice and some shredded lettuce and a little bit of mayo that was it. I will not be back and I don’t recommend this McDonald’s they don’t even have ketchup for our fry’s and when I asked for BBQ sauce the girl said it was 25¢ a pack,
