Walked in watched the cook pull a fresh batch of fries out the grease so ofcourse I asked for those fresh fries. front counter was very professional asked the cook for fresh fries. Chef gave the feedback that he just pulled them out… Needless to say the fries that were put in my bag were not the piping hot fresh fries that just got pulled out. Got to the hotel room no honey mustard for my nuggets burger halfway unwrapped. But overall the place was pretty clean. Guessing somebody was just having a bad day.

Bought one mcchicken in lobby. Wait over 20 minutes for service when drive thru and lobby empty. I see my mcchicken sitting in “finished line” then want to give me that mcchicken that sat for over 15 minutes cold. Very disappointed.
