By far worst McDonald’s in the area. Even when there are barely any people in the drive thru if you in the restaurant food takes at least 30 minutes to come out. Many of the workers are good and helpful others are wildly incompetent so pray you come on a good day. They have gotten my order right once out of all the times I have come. This most recent time I never received my food and was told my order was canceled. I wasted 35 minutes waiting and 20 more walking there. 0/10 goto literally any other McDonald’s or a different fast-food place all together.

This McDonald’s location is very clean. The food and atmosphere is great. One of the main things I love about this specific location is that its owned by a family that truly does care about the family that go. They had a meet & greet with Bluey last year. I belive there was a couple other meet & greet in other locations and the other McDonald’s were also owned by the same family. I thought that was really nice and something different.

They can not get an order correct, do not make the mistake I did and give them a second chance. The manager gets upset when you tell them that they made a mistake and try to blame you for how you ordered it. I should have learned from the last time they did this but I thought “people have off days, maybe it was a rough afternoon” . Nope. He’s just like that. There are McDonald’s every 3 blocks in this state just drive a little farther save yourself the headache.

Hands down one of the worst fast-food locations I’ve ever been to.
The McDonald’s – 105th and Cicero is an absolute embarrassment. The workers are painfully slow, clueless, and flat-out lazy. Somehow they still manage to screw up the simplest orders — missing items, wrong food, or bags that look like they were packed with zero effort or thought.
There is no sense of urgency whatsoever. Employees just stand around staring at screens, mumbling to each other, or moving at a snail’s pace while customers pile up. It honestly feels like no one here has ever been trained — or cares.
Customer service? Nonexistent. Accountability? Zero. Competence? Laughable. This place makes you wonder how it’s even allowed to stay open.
If you enjoy wasting time, repeating your order three times, and still getting it wrong — this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. It’s a disgrace to the brand and one of the worst-run locations in the area.

Definitely not 24 hours! I have come here several times after a shift from work and try to go to this location as it’s close to where I live. I arrive anywhere from 2am-4am. I am never greeted at the speaker, even to inform me if the location is closed temporarily. I’m writing about it now because this is crazy. The lights are on inside the building with multiple cars in the parking lot. I have even waited several minutes to be greeted and no one responds. If this location is not 24 hours can it please be update so others do not get lied to.

Probably the worst McDonald’s in all of the Midwest. How is food always always always cold. My kids nuggets and fries are cold. My food/meal is cold. My Big Mac barely has lettuce on it and barely any sauce. Every review is saying the same thing as I am. Until you guys change your ways I won’t be coming back. There is plenty of McDonald’s around that have MUCH better food.

Worst McDonald’s ever. This isn’t the 1st time I go after work at 2:20am when I see the females in there working, that they act like they are closed. This time it was I think it was a young manager with a blue shirt. I know she saw me drive around 2xs and the 2nd time she said “can I take your order” and she was acting like her microphone wasn’t working. You would think she would go to the window afterwards when I went there to take my order, and she walked away. And she saw me look at her. Is only a problem with the females working there. When it’s the young male, yeh he takes a bit, but he’s great and friendly. Why do they got this ppl working there if they going not take orders, or choose who they want to serve? Because I drove off, and I saw she took care of the next car!!! Like I said, this isn’t the 1st time, she be doing this. If shes a manager or assistant…. They need to demote her.

I ordered a drink for curbside pick up through the McDonald’s app. My order said it was ready on the app. I parked in the curbside pick up parking spot. I notified them that I’ve arrived with the number of the spot. They never brought out my order to my vehicle. I had to go in and ask for it. My order wasn’t ready. I had to tell them what I ordered, and then they made it. The drink that I ordered was NOT good. It tasted watered down
