I had an excellent visit to this McDonald’s location today. Everything about the experience was top-notch, starting with the drive-thru service, which was incredibly quick and efficient—exactly what you want on the go.
The staff were all exceptionally polite, providing service with a genuine smile. It makes a huge difference!
When I checked my order, I was impressed by the food quality and presentation. The meal was served piping warm, and everything was placed neatly inside the bag. No spills or mess at all!
Finally, the location itself is clearly well-maintained. The area looked very clean, both inside and out. It offers plenty of parking and the entrance and exit are easy to navigate, making for a stress-free visit. Highly recommend this McDonald’s team!

This McDonald’s struggles sometimes. But honestly, it’s my go-to spot and they do a really good job and the food always turns out fresh and sometimes it might take a little while if they’re short-staffed or you might have to wait a little bit at the cash register by the end of the day. They do go out of their way to make sure that the food is delicious and everything is accurate. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up my order.

Absolutely love this location, but today they missed it. I always order plain and today they gave me a pound of raw onions and cold fries. First mistake and last. Gonna have go to another location. Really sucks cuz I was on my 30min lunch break and I couldn’t eat much of my burger. Thanks guys!

Me and my husban wanted something sweet so I ordered dessert from Mac Donald’s it was 9:50 .d I was informed the lobby was open till 12 pm when I got there the doors were locked. and there were no people in the restaurant except night crew, I tried to speak with any of them but they just blue me off like I was asking for free food. I asked them to refund my money they said no !! U go back to the app and do it urself.. I was very upset with the whole situation. A nice man got my food for me. Needless to say I will NOT go back to this store. My pies were burned and my Mac flurry was melted and I did not get my caramel on it as well

Did an online order then when got there was told they were out . And was just told to cancel my order. Wish would have know before driving there and waiting in line for 10mins. Now have to wait days for the refund, but they take that money right away

The employees are super friendly, but they’ve messed up my order a few times. I’ve ordered hot chocolate a couple of times, and it’s either not hot enough or it’s watered down. Once, I even had to go back because they gave me coffee instead of hot chocolate. This morning, I ordered oatmeal and a hash brown. I probably should’ve checked my bag before I drove off, but when I got to work, there was no hash brown.

12/14/25 1:30am employees hiding in the back, blasting music, refusing to take orders. I have worked minimum wage food service jobs my entire life, and I cannot fathom what kind of management allows. These horrible workers to continue getting paid.

I got home missing half of my food called to complain they didn’t even care just asked if I wanted the missing food.. at least chick-fila-A will remake your food so you won’t eat it cold. So I am suppose to eat the replacement food with the cold food?

On a good note, the order takers were friendly and the iced coffee was good. BUT, the apple and strawberry cream pies were highly unsatisfactory and unfit for serving. The apple pie was actually cold with an “enjoy by” time sticker that was expired nearly 4 hours. There was no “enjoy by” time sticker on the strawberry cream pie. It was lukewarm and the strawberry filling was of a chewy-hardened texture without any visible cream. It seemed to have been kept in the warmer far too long. I didn’t discover the unacceptable issues until after leaving the drive-thru.
I generally give high marks in all categories when reviewing McDonald’s, and avoid complaining unless reasonably called for. In this case, the negative remarks about the pies are justifiably called for.
