Ordered food, drive thru was empty, you can see for yourself. If I documented every visit to this location I’d have free food for a month. Lived here my whole life and I’m not even mad at this point because you cant expect much out of a McDonald’s in general, specifically this location. No wonder someone threw a rock through the drive thru menu screen. Chikfila pays just as much if not maybe a dollar more an hour to employees and has nearly no mistakes like this place. Also the manager Gloria has no respect over the phone especially her tone of voice. Better days to Gloria.
UPDATE : I came the next afternoon for a new meal in hopes they’d finally get it right this time, the grill slip is how it’s SUPPOSED to be made, (no mustard extra pickles extra onion) the second photo is my “compensated meal”. Not much really changed, Gloria also told me to turn around and bring the food back, I explained to her I am on my way to work and I cannot turn around. she advised me NOT to eat the food and bring it back the next day as if I was trying to get a free 2$ cheeseburger lmao. This location is a joke. I’ve never ever left a review on a place in my life but after 20 years of living in oak forest I’ve finally made my first.

This store has just gone to absolute shit. I come here mostly every morning for my coffee and this is the 7th time in a row these lazy highschool/college kids messed up my order. First of all it’s one or 2 coffees, I’m not sure how you can mess up as bad as they do but I pay extra for more creamer and pay extra to have a medium yet they still make it black and put it in a small cup every single time and then they get mad when I want them to fix it. Half the time they have an attitude like it’s my fault that they work a shitty job. This owner needs to review the employees and maybe the managers who are hiring these kids. I will no longer be going to this McDonald’s again.

What a terrible store. They charge 75cents more for a large cup of coffee more than any other McDonald’s. I asked the cashier why the coffee was so expensive he told me they want you ordering off the app. I think that’s bs. I’ll never go back to this store again. The young lady taking my order was speaking waaaaay too fast. Wasn’t gonna say anything about the rushed tone, but then we got our food……was the order correct? Yes. We’re the nuggets and spicy chicken deluxe tasty…yes. The fries tho….tasted like 400% salt was poured on there. On both baskets and the medium. Y’all can KILL somebody with that much salt. It’s really was the salt that was the last strike to warrant this review. I got my food on Feb 3rd at 615pm CST

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from this McDonald’s. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the chicken I received was extremely dry and overcooked. It was so tough in some parts that it was almost impossible to eat. I couldn’t even finish the chicken because several pieces were just too hard and unpleasant.
The sandwich overall tasted very dry and not fresh at all. I expected much better quality.

If I could give a zero I would. They are price gouging because they are privately owned. Cookies are normally 2 for $1 and they charge $2.98. Then I ordered a large drink was charged for a large and then given a medium cup. The employee stated that is our large. I go to other McDonald’s for a lemonade and I know what the large cup looks like. So needless to say they’re charging more because they want to.
