The most modern fast food restaurant I have ever been. Clean, quiet and trendy interior environment. Don’t see cluster at service counter and the fountain bar. Everything is well organized neatly and clean. Very impressed. My only suggest would be to provide hand sanitizers by each KIOSK for condumers’ hygiene.

This was one of the high tech McDonald’s. There were tall kiosks to place your order. There was one employee to assist you of you needed assistance. There is a small counter where they bring the food out from the kitchen. It was my first time at one of these type of McDonald’s.

Coldest, ugliest, robot-like McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Only way to order is at a machine. Only people to speak to are other patrons and the person who brings out your food from behind the colorless, plain wall. If this is the future of fast food places it is sure a sad experience. I will not go back here.

Very lonely and depressing place to eat and enjoy a meal. Is cold, the only human contact that you have, will happen if you are with someone else or if the few employees ask if you need help at the kiosk.

Carmen was Amazing it is the first time I had a employee of a McDonald’s take my tray and dump it. She is amazing with all the customers especially with the seniors that come in. In my opinion she need a raise and special recognition.
If all employee’s at McDonald’s was like her it would make alot of people’s day better.
I ask a regular customer if she is always this sweet and he told me that sometimes sweeter if that is possible. I have noticed that most the employee’s at this location 3381 are nice.

Interesting set up here. All ordering is done via kiosks, but there are extremely helpful staffers there if you have a question. Super attentive staff. The atmosphere is quiet with only tables visible. The kitchen is not visible. Food is brought to you by a staffer after it’s made. It is a nice change of pace from the regular McDonald’s set up.

Everything was fine, except for the kiosk. Twice as I was making my way through the ordering process, I ran into a dead end with seemingly no way to move on to the next page. I had to go to the counter and ask for help. The supervisor tapped all over and finally got me through the order. Still not good. I still hate the kiosks.
