The lid for the Shamrock shake popped off as soon as I drove off right into my change holder. Very glad my phone wasn’t in there as usual. Shake cups need to be all one piece! Shakes are off limits for me, unless I dine in! Fish Sandwich was yummy the whip cream on it added a giggle though ! Couldn’t happen to a nicer person! Lol

Although the place was clean and service was good my order was wrong. Fortunately I was able to check as I was waiting for my decaf coffee to be ready. Received 2 sausage MCMuffins without cheese when it was supposed to be two EggMcmuffins. I absolutely loathe Mc’s sausage so glad I caught it.

I ordered for my son and poured a small glass of soda. I tried it. It tasted weird. The coating underneath the soda machine was in bad condition. Since when did they clean it, mold and bacteria were growing. I drank it and felt really sick to my stomach. I will never serve from the machine again. I never imagined how many people go to the same McDonald’s without realizing that there is mold and bacteria on the lid of the soda machine. I hope every consumer gets compensation for killing people’s health and innocent children. Look at the real photo.

went to buy breakfast today at McDonald’s in Romeoville, on Independence Boulevard. The person who took my order spoke to me in Spanish. I ordered item number 9 from the menu, which included two sandwiches. She told me the order included hash browns, but they only gave me one. I bought it through the drive-thru, and while waiting in the parking lot, I checked my order and noticed a hash brown was missing. I called the store to tell them what happened. I told them that the person who spoke Spanish didn’t understand me. The person who answered the phone responded rudely, asking why I didn’t speak English! She hung up on me, and she was Latina! They shouldn’t have people like that working at the store.

The morning crew absolutely suck. If you are a DoorDash, UberEats or a Grubhub driver, you can see the hate in the faces of the employees. If you come in, they will absolutely ignore you, and pretend that they do not see you. I am going to report that store to corporate, and hopefully some changes will be made. Just for the record, some of us understand Spanish, and I hear the sarcasm!!!

Went through drive through today with mobile order. Nobody was picking up at the speaker and I watched other cars get serviced so I went back around. Still no answer. Watched other people continue to get treated and pulled forward. Ended up going to the window and gave my order number. While I waited to get my food I was laughed at?? Not sure if it was directed towards me but as soon as the girl looked at us she started laughing with her coworker? Then as she handed the order barely tried to not laugh in my face???? This made a very uncomfortable experience and I will try my best to go to any other location.

horrible experience and some disappointingly weird service from the crew working the lunch shift on 10/19 at 12:00pm for sure… can’t say that I’ve been cackled at before in a situation such as this, as if the woman at the window were a wicked witch, but I guess each day you encounter something new. or maybe halloween came early? idk but now, onto where it all started, we politely waited and noticed that the other lane was getting serviced before us and we had been there for awhile. so, we decided to try that speaker instead, to no avail as three other cars had then come and gone by the time we finally arrived to the ultimate decision to just pull up to the window to explain what was going on. to be met with laughter when receiving food items makes anyone highly uncomfortable as if it’s directed towards them. (also let it be known that talking/laughter CAN be heard through the drive through window… (as it’s just a thin piece of glass))

Employees in drive thru acted as if I wasnt there and tried to avoid any interaction possible, couldnt even get a receipt. Ordered a 6piece and only got 4 instead and 1 of my 2 small fry were missing. My special sauces were also missing.
