I placed an order to go with my wife… We had a 6 hour drive ahead of us and this was our breakfast we ordered it around 1130 am… Order number 664… We ate out french fries in the restaurant before leaving to start our drive. We saved our sandwiches for later in the trip as we are on a really tight budget. My wife opened her filet o fish around 1600 when she was hungry enough to eat it and found that someone had bitten the sandwich. If we’d seen before leaving we would have said something…. And now she can’t eat anything till we get home since the sandwich we could afford has a bite in it. She considered just tearing off the bite and eating the rest but if someone can do bite her sandwich before giving it to us what’s to say they didn’t spit on it or drop it on the floor also before giving it to us… We barely said two words the whole time we were there and it was only a friendly thank you when receiving the food so…. Why did we deserve this? Was it an accident?

We ordered to meals, as we were taking it to go, we decided to sit there and eat. As soon we opened the bags my son started eating his fries, and he found a bug on his fries. We took it back to the counter, and the manager seemed to have an attitude about it, and said “it’s not her fault it’s warm outside and bugs are out”. This is truly unacceptable, please people be careful when eating out, and check your food before putting it in your mouth. Before she gave me my refund she asked me to give her back the drinks that came with the meal. I made sure to give her, her drink back.

EDIT: 5/2025 They are also unsanitary. I have had another experience where they have served hair in my food.
OG: They will forget your food on mobile orders. And they do not answer the phone when you call about replacing or just getting the food. Do not recommend. Especially if you’re on a time crunch for a lunch break.

Just went to the drive thru after coming from the dr and the forgot to give me mcdouble! i literally only ordered 3 things,.also asked for no ice and gave me ice, the girl at the 2nd window is so ignorant she gave me my food and shut the window! no thank you or anything! i wanted to tell her but she never opened the window until I left! I tried to call over 10 times to speak with a manager.and of course no answer! This place is horrible

The last 4 times, ive ordered an UNSWEETENED iced tea, they gave me sweet tea. Last night, I even asked the girl at the window before she handed me the cup if it was UNSWEETENEDand she said yes. It was NOT. she had a terrible attitude. Never apologized for getting my order completely wrong and was rude. These people at this location dont care. And it shows with each transaction ive had. Will never go to this location again.

It’s disappointing that it seems everytime we come to this location they mess something up. This last time they charged me for a double hamburger plain (which is what we wanted) and they only put one patty on the burger. I just want what I paid for.

Person at the first window was very nice but who ever made this needs to be fired! If you wouldn’t eat it you shouldn’t serve it to others ! This was Friday night / early Saturday about 2 am night shift definitely needs a different manager

Left the drive thru, saw my order wasn’t right. Went inside and manager assured me that the order was right but they didn’t have a box for our 1/4 pounder deluxe. Got home and found order WAS in fact wrong and the hamburger patties in both sandwiches were raw on the inside. Called and manager offered to replace our meals but was extremely rude. Called corporate and filed a complaint. Customer service has gone down over the last year. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for over 40 years. Never again.
