I am really starting to hate this McDonald’s location. I ordered thru the McDonald’s app and got my food delivered. I ordered a Big Mac meal and I pay 49 cent extra to get Mac sauce all over it and where was the Mac sauce no where to be found. This is the 2nd time this has happened and they wanted me to give them feedback but their feedback website was down. What a shocker

I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches they hardly had any sauce on them and only 2 pickles each. The meat was dry tasted like they weren’t fresh.the price was one thing then at the window the price changed and the cashier was rude.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now I’ve always experienced great people here and usually have help when something is missing I’m shocked to see a the amount of complaints in the reviews! Drive through for me is pretty fast and the employees are always nice to me and my family especially if i bring my dog along through the drive thru they give out treats sometimes, always appreciated!!! Keep up the good work dont let the bad comments bring you down!!!

Quality of service has degraded over the years. Management feels non existent. I have had countless wrong orders and very little effort to correct them. I have given very few poor ratings.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. The line literally does not move for several minutes at a time. All McDonald’s get busy but staff should be able to get the line moving. Whoever is managing this location is not doing a good job.

We were in at night and they served other people instead of us eventhough we were here first. Then our food and drinks finally came out. We ordered tea, we were served with dirty water. Our hamburgers and fries were salty and cold. The manager excused herself because of limited staff. But everyone after us had big orders and they where taken care of. Then when we were ready for dessert, two people were given ice cream cones. But when I came up she said the machine all of a sudden blocked it self. I feel discriminated. Wendy was the manager on duty. It was on a Wednesday 11-26-25.

Been coming here for years and it’s always been a busy location with prompt service, but in recent times this past year, the service has gone incredibly downhill.
Slow, extremely long wait times, even forgetting to make orders.
Accuracy could be better as well.
Too many kids horse playing and being obnoxious instead of doing their jobs, being attentive and getting food out fast.
Theres also a strong lack of customer service skills with rude attitudes.
Sad, truly.

I went through the drive thru around 2am, the lobby was closed which is fine, its late. There are only 2 cars in front of me yet this is the longest I have ever waited in a Mcdonalds drive thru personally. I dont complain, Im polite at the speaker with my mobile order code but the workers seem rushed and like they dont care about anything. When I get my food the bag is cold but i check and everything is there so I drive away. But this is how my burger looked I kid you not At LEAST 6 slices of cheese on my double cheeseburger and loaded with onions when I ordered it without onions specifically. I did not eat this, if was freezing cold and cheesed out to the max.

We ordered our food at 7:15pm and we waited 45mins for our food the burgers and fries were cold and the manager didn’t even come by us to asked us anything and they wouldn’t even listen and not wearing uniforms and was not nice
