It’s said to give credit, props and respect that is due. I stopped at the McDonalds on 508 E. Cass St in Joliet, IL and found out that they really mean business there. I was so impressed at Management, floor leaders and their team that I had to say something to the manager. I let her know that I am really impressed at the teamwork there and the food was fresh, hot and delicious. You all have my heart best interest. Keep up the good work.

Pulled up thinking I’m getting something free for my birthday but instead of helping they just said oh well. Didn’t do nothing for me. And that’s not the only time. Next time they give me attitude I’m walking inside and chopping it up with whatever manager is running their poor trained employees. Have a little more respect. Worst place ever to stop. With the new Richi speaker didnt get my order right! I had ti wait for someone to attend me. I did asked if someone will take my order t because i was waiting for too long. I ordered then i was tell they have to bring up everything separate since they cant bring it as a meal anymore. At the window they missed food, when i asked for my missing food they made faces and made sure i was missing food. Ok i got my food then i realized food was so cold! I will never stop here anymore worst service, and nobody friendly, nobody greeted to me! Food ok but cold!

I was in the bathroom when I came out my friend told me that a manager told him that my belongings had to be moved because they needed more space but there’s like nine men spread on different tables only like three on one table why can’t she tell those customer to sit on two tables they all fit so why is a problem with three people that is a discrimination and fabortism

Ever since they reopened , the service has gone downhill. Placed a mobile order and clearly it said we ordered sauce, like it said on the ticket, and when I asked for sauce (BECAUSE THEY FORGOT) they just rolled their eyes and had an attitude. Don’t go here.

They just remodeled their building but they also need to do some remodeling of their employees and staff one how do you forget all the sauces and to the meals that we have ordered was seriously cold like why did you sell us cold food like we only ordered two meals and had to wait a long time for the food so you would assume it’s fresh and hot nope it was cold both meals like seriously people if you hate your job that much then maybe you don’t need to work

This place never fails to get my order wrong. I had requested a simple order, a plain hamburger. Meat and two buns yet that prove to difficult to follow through. I only go here because it’s close to home but if you can avoid it please do or take your chances.
