I wish I could give this McDonalds a 0. I am sitting at the drive thru window, 8 people deep. Can’t get any help at the main window, knocked at the window, etc. It is Sunday night at 8:07 pm. This sounds like a staffing issue to me. I can’t ever get through on the phone to speak to a manager about anything. Again, sounds like it could be a staffing issue, so is this just a poorly managed McDonald’s? Because the staff is phenomenal.

Worst mcdonalds ever been to. Staff very ignorant and unprofessional. Try to scam and charger you twice for mobile orders. This is the worst mcdonalds ever been to. Plus everytime the food been old and sitting for awhile. You pay for extra mayo or anything you never grt it but they sure make sure to charge you for it. What a joke and the manager was just as bad and ignorant. Worthless place to go. I wont ever be going back. Eapcially agter wanna try charge me twice and then get ignorant about it to the customer smh. Why cant people just do there jobs. Is it that hard really.

I prefer to place my order at the counter and it took about 5 minutes for someone to wait on me. However, she did acknowledge me from the kitchen. Breakfast food was hot and fresh.

I order a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and was given bacon and when I took it back inside that I noticed the girl behind the counter act like she had an attitude because she’s the one who messed up my order and not only that it was like 8:30 in the morning and the food was cold and coffee lukewarm not even close to lunchtime
