I had a long detour one day last week and ended up on Roosevelt Road. I stopped at this McDonald’s to grab something to eat and drink. The service was quick and friendly and the food was tasty and fresh. Thank you for making a long day a little brighter.

Came in at 5:00 pm. Ordered 2 snack wraps. It’s 5:25 and still no food. Crazy! People coming in returning orders because there messed up or missing items. McDonald’s always a favorite but I could make my own wraps faster at home. They need more staff to get the product out. Guess I’ll wait another 25 minutes and maybe I’ll get my food.

This morning I had breakfast with my daughter at this McDonald’s . We used the self-order kiosk since the staff was busy in the kitchen , but the ordering process was super easy and quick ✅. We ordered our usual breakfast items and everything came out fresh, warm, and just how we like it .
I asked one of the staff members for something extra on the side, and they responded kindly and brought it right over . Even though they were clearly working hard, they were still attentive and polite .
The dining area was clean and comfortable ✨. Since we went early, it wasn’t crowded at all, which made it a peaceful morning meal . We decided to dine in and did not use the restrooms , so I can’t speak on that part, but we felt fine eating there (I always carry hand sanitizer anyway ).
Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience . Good food, friendly service, and a clean space. We will definitely be coming back! ☕️

the sweet tea here is consistently terrible…they aren’t mixing it right…it tastes like sweet chemicals. please retrain or reassign who ever making that bs smh

I was in today to pick up a quick lunch on my break, and the service was excellent. I also appreciated how the general manager handled the situation that occurred. When I came into the restaurant a disgruntled older gentleman was complaining to her regarding how the employee powerwashing outside was washing the property. Without going into too much detail, as I’m not sure what exactly happened, it did not seem like it was the customer’s business, despite his demeanor about it. The customer was attempting to gather store information to report the issue to corporate, and was constantly interrupting and cutting off the employee trying to assist him. The general manager assisted him with finding the information, and was polite but firm, and asked the customer to not snap his fingers at her (which he did.) The exchange ended with the man asking the general manager’s name in spanish (The general manager appeared to be hispanic) which I found incredibly disrespectful to her as they held a conversation in perfect english prior. She handled the situation with grace and kindness, deescalating where possible but not allowing disrespect from the customer. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but I did hear her identify herself as the general manager to the customer. If I had more managers like her during my time in food service, I would have felt much more secure. Thank you for supporting your employees!

Ordered McFlurry shamrock and they literally just put in the syrup on top with out mixing. Went back and the employees trying to justify nothing is wrong with it. And finally telling me their mixer machine hasn’t been working for months. Well then why sell me this lazy of a product then ?
And yes ordered crispy sandwich and no sauce on it. Horrible service
