I generally have had better experiences with this location, but after the last visit was very frustrated.
1. Look at the “Big” Mac , worst constructed and look how small this is?
2. No ketchup – think this is a staple for McDonald’s and should not run out of.
3. Fries half full.
If the quality of food and portions are corrected I’ll change my review.

Total chaos in the dining room this morning. Not only did 4 other people besides myself get their orders mixed up, but the cashier was so incredibly rude about it. Not to mention, he asked me if I was picking up a Door Dash order as I stood there with my baby in the stroller??? If it’s not one thing, it’s another with this place. I’m done trying, Dunkin across the street is so much better, at least the staff is nice and no managers are yelling at their employees for using the bathroom in front of customers.

There is a dog in the dining room. While the owners are eating and ignoring their animal, their dog has come to table a number of times, sniffing my tray. It jumped on a woman who walked thru the door, twice. It’s not a service dog. I love dogs, I have 2, but I have so many questions for McDonald’s right now.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The local high school allows children to leave the property for their “lunch” and they fully swarm and occupy this establishment. I entered to find multiple kids digging through my order before I reach the counter, after being negligently placed and left by the disgruntled and fully shut down employees. I would not recommend this location during the week, as it almost seems that the store isn’t being run by anyone

It’s Mac Donald’s. Self serve which takes away from the human interaction. Food is predictable and not a fan of the grey dark soul they gave adopted for the exterior .

I’ve only done 2 ratings I think ever, counting this one. Maybe 3. Went in today at about 12:30-40 in the afternoon and they were busy with kids everywhere out for lunch. I get it they are busy BUT I felt so horrible for their trainee at the register. The kid was having a hard time and it didn’t help having some dude (We will call him No Name) making him feel worse and dumb every time he needed help. I was next but the trainee was told to stop doing the register and help take bags to drive thru. That’s fine but the guy training him (Asked for his name and nobody knew it apparently) straight up told him to “forget about the people at the register, they have the kiosk”. That blew my mind. I kept paying attention to “no name” just know he had some tattoos going down the back of his neck. He was negative about everything he was doing. Constantly shaking his head and mumbling “This is stupid” at this point I’m already at the register for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to get my order while there was 3 other customers behind me waiting also. Same waiting time and that’s freaking wild. I asked “no name” a couple of times if I could speak to the manager but he just kept blowing me off. So I patiently waited for another 15 minutes. Blew me off like 4 times. The trainee noticed it and another worker noticed it. Finally talked to the manager and he explained to her what happened. I really hope they spoke to him about his behavior because many customers saw it and I really hope that trainee doesn’t pick up “no names” bad habits. I really hope the manager reads this also because that was not cool at all. I waited 45 minutes to talk to her. She was nice. “No Name” can go where the sun don’t shine. Please re-train “No Name” with the tattoos going down his neck. I’m still going to McD’s but not this one. Dude really blew me.

There are always missing items from your order and what you do receive is cold. Most of the employees are rude and make it very clear that they really don’t want to be there. I’ve even gotten suck in the drive thru while the employee and the person in the car in front of me had a 45 minute conversation, that should have been done on the employees own time. No wonder McDonald’s is starting to feel the effects of the economy.

terrible service i waited like 20 minutes at the mobile pick up window and no one helped. by the time i got my food it was cold and it was just sitting off to the side because they didn’t both to come help me. Save your time don’t go here cause the workers don’t care, they clearly don’t care and just go to another further mcdonald’s it’ll be better

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! We waited 45 minutes for our orders after placing them through the mobile app. The dining area was filthy with trash on the floor and food on the tables. One employee in particular was super unprofessional and rude. He threw his dirty jacket near the coffee makers and was super disrespectful to his co-workers. My cheeseburger had to be remade 3 times because the cooks kept messing it up. The young woman working the counter was trying her best, but everyone else should either be fired or re-trained, including the manager. Eat literally anywhere else!!
