It was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s… I chose this location because of after-school activities for my son… It was my first time there… The whole place was a complete mess… filthy, even the children’s play area… tables with food and drinks scattered about, the floor was wet… and the food was cold. The food was ok nothing spectacular but what can you expect from a McDonalds. The service was absolutely horrible there was one person who actually had manners. The other person was horrible she had a terrible attitude towards me and my family she definitely needs to grow up. Pretty quick counter service and food is pretty much same as it is at other locations.
Came to this location first then went to another – The reason for the low rating is that their online ordering app still doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for at least the last 2 months!
Then when you go inside you don’t get the same deal. The order person doesn’t know how to ring that up either! You end up paying more too!
Consequently, you lose out on the online deals offered thru their app, reward points and paying more!
If we can’t order thru the online app then take down your signs that advertise this!

Made an online order while I was in the drive-through my order is just canceled. They still charge my account refused to give me my money back and or food. Manager showed zero empathy and the fact that this multi billion dollar corporation just stole money from me!
Even after providing a receipt and confirmation email of the order and the charge on my bank account, they still refused me service and they give me the food that I paid for and was charged for Go to a different McDonald’s where they’ll show you some empathy when a mistake happens and try and make it right with you versus just telling you oh well

Usually fine. We come usually once a week… But they have no air conditioning in the play place! One day the propped the foot open which helped. The other day I asked them to do the same thing and they acted like the door doesn’t open when I asked them to do it because they had done it before they played dumb and refused to ask someone how to do it… ♀️ weird! Guess I won’t be bringing my kids here to get out of the heat anymore!
