Every time my wife and kids go here they mess up the order. This time they forgot to put chicken nuggets or cheese burger in the happy meals, and put lemonade in the place of frozen lemonade. Upon asking for a fix they dumped the drink and filled the same cup with fruit punch. Once is a bad day. I’d understand. Multiple times is a pattern. Do better. McDonald’s should have standards.

Super slow service, have been there a couple of times with a group. We made sure to order to go to help out with the space and others to order. You order online or on the machine – we had to wait more than 50 minutes for our group of 20 to order. We have been to other McDonald’s and there is a HUGE difference in the service. Had some kids waiting for strawberry pied for more than 25 minutes it’s ridiculous! Just drive a bit further to another place or Wendy’s which has way better service.

Every time I order from the drive through they either get my order wrong or they short me out on something forcing me to double back for missing items or ingredients. It’s annoying thats its constantly a repetitive issue.

The price of a large unsweetened iced tea changes based on the moon phase I guess. I have a receipt from noon today at the EXACT same McDonald’s location where I paid $1.83 including tax for the same order at 9:30pm where they claim the price is $2.58 with tax for a large unsweetened iced tea. It’s basically a self serve place. Use the app or kiosk to order and pay. Then you take the table number to your table and wait, only they don’t bring it to you . You have to go get it yourself while your children are playing in the Playland, which is usually “ closed” for cleaning.

I visited this location on Sunday June 4 for lunch, I ordered a Big Mac, when I ordered my Big Mac I requested that it be cut in half, because I am in a wheel chair and paralyzed so by cutting it .in half it makes it that much easier to handle, when I received the burger it was not cut as requested I told the employee the the employee told me the manager said that they do not cut the burgers, to give me some plasticware after this kind of service I will. never go back to this location

It’s September 11th and we stoped by for a quick dinner and also to get the kids entertained but it happens that the PlayPlace is closed but outside they have a big banner stating that it’s open , so long story short if it happens that you stop by to keep the kid busy be sure that the playplace it’s open otherwise just use the drive-thru
