Never even got my food tried ordering through the app and it charged my card. But never went through. Used a free fry coupon and it was in my cart and the person at the counter told me to remove it from the cart and go to it. I visibly showed her. Then once I removed it the coupon never showed back to, then was told they could not honor it because the coupon was gone. I was so frustrated I said never mind. Literally showed them the transaction and the coupon but wouldn’t honor it. Even though I was going to pay again separately. Leaving frustrated.

Most of the time I use a mobile order, yesterday for some reason didn’t work, the app showed a message saying an order is already processing and I went inside, the manager said don’t you worry I’ll just give you your coffe, it was just a coffee, but It meant a lot, so kind. At the end I checked again and I didn’t get charged on the app.

I hate leaving poor reviews, but accountability is important.
The three “golden” rules of foodservice were broken during my latest visit.
You can’t be rude, you can’t be slow, and the orders can’t be wrong.
I get it, fast food isn’t fun, but being kind to customers is part of the job. Also, being condescending to teammates (in front of customers) is just low class.
I was the only one in the drive through. Yet waited almost 5 mins just to pay, and another 5 waiting for food.
All this only to find out I was given the wrong size of fries. Small, I know, but I did pay for a larger size.
3 Small things I would normally ignore, but not when they’re all combined.
Hoping my next visit will be better.

Quick service to the table delivery. Would recommend using the kiosk otherwise no one greets you immediately behind the counter. I ordered the $6 cheeseburger meal. Very consistent to all other McDonald’s. I’m a fan of this budget meal. Nicely arranged seating areas.

We love coming to this McDonald’s before swim. The kids (5 & 7) love the interactive light up table. Tonight, a server made an extra /oops slushy and came to offer it to the kids . It was so sweet!! They were both saying “ five stars!!”

Found a long white hair in my Big Mac. I called to try to get refunded just for the burger. They would not give me a refund over the phone. Won’t be back to this location. I’ll be contacting corporate to let them know about this.
