Would had given a 5… The manager I talked to said ya have to ask??? Why? Thats seriously common sense. I mean your way over charging for fast food, yes I know what food cost is, you can afford to throw a ketchup packet in the drive thru order. Manager was great fyi and if she reads this, you DID put napkins in the bag. I didn’t see them at first so ty!

Did not refund me for giving me completely wrong order in drive through (after I left). Offered me free food to compensate, but I was not hungry. Manager on duty refused to authorize refund. Even a partial refund would be okay by me.
Moral of story, always check to make sure you receive correct order before leaving fast food place.

My husband and i tried to order a sausage, EGG, and cheese mcmuffin and the lady at the window took off the egg part for some reason?? We asked if the sandwich came with cheese and she said yes. Then she asked if we wanted the cheese and we said yes we do. Then she asked if we wanted the egg out of nowhere, and we said YES. We pull away and find out that there’s no egg! I’m pregnant and really needed that egg to be on there cuz I didn’t have time to make some this morning. Couldn’t go back or else we’d be late for work. I’ll make sure to choose a different mcdonalds next time.

If you enjoy wasting your time and fighting to get your money back, this is your spot. I placed a clear order (Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish, drinks) and was charged the full amount at the first window. At the second window, they claimed I had only paid for the coffee and water—the main items were missing from the payment! After this ridiculous mix-up, I requested a refund, and they made me pull forward. It then took a completely unacceptable FIVE MINUTES just to hand me my cash back. Five minutes for change! This location is profoundly disorganized and utterly incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

McDonald’s App allowed me to place a mobile order. When I pulled up to the drive thru in the second lane, no one answered. Then changed to first lane all to find out they are not accepting mobile orders. Told me I had to cancel it in the app to get my money back. Specifically placed a mobile order to redeem points for cheaper meal.

Why offer plain when you are unable to comply? Everytime I order plain food online it comes to me with pickles or onions. Food quality checks are needed. If you offer something as an option online please deliver on it. It’s disheartening to realize I will never be able to order without checking myself.

The manager on duty is very rude due to his teams inability to get orders correct. A simple apology and correction is all it takes to fix a situation such as this, no need to blame the customer for mistakes when they were rung in correctly and bagged incorrectly. While I am happy to see a young man of color in position of management I would hope he would be prepared to make amends on behalf of his team. Very poor service but I’m more upset he believes this was my fault and I hope he changes his approach for client concerns

I don’t ever leave reviews for fast food places but this location is ridiculous 9/10 times they will mess up your order or something will be missing, I feel like they do it on purpose then eat what is missing from your order
