I just moved to the area and been going here for about a month now until I realized they charged me different prices everyday for the samething I’ve been ordering. I ordered 2 of #6 meal (breakfast) with 2 large orangr juice for $14.32. Two weeks ago they charged me $18.68. Today they charges me $20.73 then when I bring up the issue to the manager (Veronica) she reduced it to a little but over $17. The problem here is I’ve been paying $14.32 last whole week for the exact samething. It is so frustrating in communication since most employees there can’t speak much english. I’m not sure if they can read the menu to cash out. I won’t be coming here again since they charge your meal like stocks market.

It’s small but very nice. Up close and personal with many of the animals. Well laid out. The Cougars and Bobcats were certainly family favorites but the Capybara was the main reason my daughter wanted to go. It was fun

For weeks (probably longer can’t confirm) they have had an ICE COLD play area while heat is everywhere else in the place . I asked a manager she froze and said idk why it’s broken , also have a out of service bathroom only in the play area … very convenient. I get it’s easier to not deal with like when it was shut down during Covid but come on in the area it’s the only one near by and making children freeze is so wrong . Do better

I ordered 5 bbq packets, I use 2 for the 10pc nuggets I bought and the other 3 to dip my fries into. I got just 2, when I asked for the other 3 I got 2 more only. No apology for the mistake, just gave them to me and walked away. If you’re going to offer items on your menu then you as a business should honor that offer. A very sad excuse for a business.

Every time and I mean every time we wait and wait are ignored literally they look at you and turn away food sits Luke warm I just waited in the kids playroom 15 mins for a small shake it was like water got attitude and was given another just as bad do yourself a favor travel a couple miles further and go to the west Chicago location much better ..UPDATE.. Where do I start? I had a DOUBLE CHESE burger and they gave me a single slice of cheese. I also asked for extra salt and they did not give it to me. They took 10 minutes just to give me a single drink cup also and to even take my order in the first place. Also I don’t even think they have a drink refill station inside the restaurant. SMH
