First of all I do not mind if you make mistakes. I worked at a restaurant before and I made mistakes all the time. But never did I refuse to give a customer a condiment they are missing. My only problem is with the rude cold hearted woman who refused to give me the salt I ordered. Not the other workers. I ordered through the drive thru and they did not put any salt on my fries. The fries are the only reason I come to MacDonalds, the fries are the best. But without salt I cannot even taste the fries personally. So I come back to the drive thru and there was 3 cars in front of me. I knew it was going to take a long time. So I ask the gray haired lady with glasses at the first window for salt. She points to the front. I show her my MacDonalds bag and ask for salt again she points to the front. I ask for salt again. She ignores me. So I get out the car and walk to the first window in front of all the cars and finally they give me salt for my fries. I’m wondering why she would not give me any salt. Without the customer, there is no MacDonalds. She would not hand me any salt. That was rude and crazy.

Ordered my Big Mac meals and what I received was absolutely terrible. There was an issue with my drinks but the more upsetting thing was my fries…. I specifically went for the fries and what I got were soggy, wet, undercooked and unsalted fries that were half empty. I only realized this when I got home. Can’t believe someone allowed this to go out the order window. That was my first time at this new location and it will be my last.

Well, I will never be returning to McDonald’s again as they keep playing whatever game they are playing each time I come here. My fries are either overcooked undercooked, and the ice cream is always below the line which I’ve never had this problem at any other McDonald’s. I will never go to McDonald’s again Burger King only!

How do you forget the main ingredient? And why don’t you update your location. You don’t want people to know you moved 3 blocks west? Long wait in the drive through 2 days in a row. And they use the screen for the lane that is closed instead of the one you order at.

Rudest customer service ever! I order through the drive thru, I was missing food so I went inside. Waited for 10 minutes asking helping from employees, I was ignored. I left with my incomplete order. Places ordered at dinner time precisely 5:03 for app delivery advised expected delivery 5:30. At 5:35 checked tracking stated still in progress. 5:40 pm started a chat was advises store was closed. Then another driver supposedly picked it up to be delivered within 15 mins as of time of this post 6:03 no food and then told refund is 3 business days. Door dash or McDonald’s which ever messed up have lost a local customer. No one was helpful and store did not answer the phone. This location is always an extended wait and does not deliver the correct order in person, or otherwise obviously. Do better McDonalds truly awful experience.

Each time I go after lunch hours there is always been an issue. Today my children’s school had an event. I mentioned we were with the school and the girl in the drive thru was very rude. I did not get a receipt nor was I asked if I wanted a receipt. Once I received my order of sundaes I noticed how very little ice cream and hot fudge was in the cup. I rarely go to this location and today proved exactly why. Never have this issue with any other Mc Donald’s locations.
