Each time I go after lunch hours there is always been an issue. Today my children’s school had an event. I mentioned we were with the school and the girl in the drive thru was very rude. I did not get a receipt nor was I asked if I wanted a receipt. Once I received my order of sundaes I noticed how very little ice cream and hot fudge was in the cup. I rarely go to this location and today proved exactly why. Never have this issue with any other Mc Donald’s locations.

This is a terrible McDonald’s. They took my points on the app but refused to give me any food. They claimed the system was down, but the points still left my account, and they wouldn’t give me my food. The shift manager didn’t seem to care.

I ordered 2 hazelnut lattes and as i pulled up to the 2nd window i asked the lady to confirm for sure if they are hazelnut. She confirmed they are hazelnut and after i pulled off and tried it it tasted nothing like hazelnut. They don’t know what they are doing there at all plus after i tried to call them twice they did not answer.

Price keeps going up and quantity of food keeps going down smaller portions. Getting close to where it’s not even worth it going to McDonald’s.
