It was fine. I was there right at lunch time. Went through the drive through. Not too much of a wait. Order was correct, food was the correct temperature. It’s getting expensive even to just get McDonald’s for lunch, but at least you know what you’re getting

So I just went through the drive thru around 10:28am for a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin. I only got an egg McMuffin. What the hell is that? I know for a fact employees are told to double check bags, yet they didn’t. Again it’s not hard to do something simple. Do better.

By far, this is the worst McDonald’s. I have to go out of my area in order to go to Elmhurst to get hot fries. I don’t understand it. They don’t get it. They stand around and talk all day. They should make sure that the food is hot. pay enough for the food Totally disappointed once again.

This McDonald’s has become my go-to in the area, and for good reason! While no place is perfect, the very few mistakes I’ve encountered here over numerous visits have been corrected quickly and with a smile. That’s a testament to their truly kind and efficient staff.
Their positive attitude is infectious; it’s easy to be kind in return when you’re met with such consistently good vibes. It makes the whole experience, whether I’m using the drive-thru or opting for curbside pickup, genuinely pleasant.
The food is reliably good, hitting that classic McDonald’s spot every time. Coupled with the great employees, it’s a winning combination that sets this location apart. I can’t speak to the interior since I haven’t been inside, but the exterior is always kept impressively clean, which I appreciate. If you’re looking for a dependable and friendly McDonald’s experience, I highly recommend this particular restaurant. They definitely know how to treat their customers right.

Went at 10:25 am. Wanted breakfast but it wasn’t available anymore. What time is your breakfast over with. Who wants a cheeseburger at 10am

I don’t care if you go through the drive through or have it door dashed or you eat it there. The workers do not care about their customers. The food is always out of it’s wrapper laying at the bottom of the bag also why are you still using chemical oil for your fries? The lack of knowledge in your staff is insane to me. The Drive through is a nightmare Morning shift use to be fantastic. Don’t know what changed but DO BETTER

I had a terrible experience at the McDonald’s in Berkeley, IL. My two cheeseburger meal came without any patties—missing the main ingredient entirely. I spoke with someone named Maggie, but instead of offering a replacement or a proper solution, all I got was a refund. To make matters worse, I ended up wasting 15 minutes driving back to the restaurant. The overall service was disappointing and the customer care was extremely poor. There’s a clear need for better training so employees can accurately read orders and ensure the food is made correctly. I won’t be returning.

Well, I bought a cup of oatmeal. It was kind of dry so I asked the manager for a couple of hot water. She gave me the cup of water, but it wasn’t enough so I asked for a little more hot water. She said it would be $.25. I said well I have a cup it will still be $.25. I only had large bills on me and she refused to take that because it was too large so I walked out of there with dry oatmeal and customers were shaking their heads at her saying she was wrong for that what happened to good old-fashioned customer service
