A top-notch McDonald’s. They have a clean play area, which my daughter likes, and they are always quick with orders. I am particularly impressed by the staffs’ professionalism. I don’t generally post about fast food places, but they deserve a compliment.

I have gone to this location 3 times at the same time in the last month or so, each time I used the mobile app. Each time I did this the workers claim the code will not work, then I explain to them it is literally sitting on my phone with a QR if they could just scan it (as this is the only reason I’m even at McDonald’s) and every time they claim they don’t have a QR scanner even though this is obviously a franchise and every franchise gets the same equipment from corporate…..each time I ended up leaving without food because the workers here are one of two things, either lazy or encouraged to bait and switch customers and try to upsell people who were going to use the app. This issue has never occurred at any other McDonald’s in the area.

Staff is very rushed and makes it difficult to provide better service. The food was cold. It is also a nightmare to try and get into the establishment due to the way the parking is designed.

Literally messed up every item I ordered, didn’t put pickles on my mcdouble, charged me $1 for cheese on my mc chicken which was actually a spicy mc chicken, and gave me the wrong sauce I ordered for my nuggets. I understand it sometimes can be busy and people make mistakes but I was the only customer and this seemed to be intentional or just complete idiocy… bear family restaurants please do better… maybe now a good time to quit eating fast food

I had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here and the manager really took care of us and his staff really made sure we had great experience and food was good and we had 23 plus kids. 10/10 experience

I ordered a basket of fries, and this is what they gave me, I asked the manager if the portion was correct and he replied that it is equivalent to two medium fries, which at first glance it does not look like that. What do you think?

Prob one of the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been too. The manager took our order and brought it to our table the tables were all clean for once I didn’t have to clean any crumbs off before sitting down. The bathroom also had diapers in the diaper station I have never seen a McDonald’s actually have it stocked.
The playground was also clean and it didn’t have a smell. When the guys brought our food out he always brought the basket with condiments that I was impressed with. This was a Friday around noon.

Asked very nicely to make my food fresh. The burger had to be sitting out for hours, stale, and the cheese was on more of the box than the burger.
