I had an excellent experience at this McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the store was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. My order was prepared quickly, accurately, and served hot, which is always appreciated. The restrooms were also very clean, which says a lot about how well this location is maintained overall. Parking is easy and convenient, and the drive-through has plenty of room to maneuver—especially now that they’ve added two lanes, making the process much faster and smoother during busy times.

While I do miss the personal touch of ordering from an employee rather than using a kiosk or the app, I can’t deny the convenience of earning reward points through the McDonald’s app. As a frequent customer, those points add up quickly and make a difference. I also appreciate that they’ve recently lowered the price of some meals, including the Big Mac, which is great for anyone watching their budget.

I’m not particularly fond of the newer, modern look inside, but I understand they’re updating the design to stay current. Overall, this McDonald’s consistently provides excellent service, cleanliness, and value. I highly recommend stopping by—whether you’re on the go or a regular local customer. A+ service!

If you order a large smoothie it’s filled with the portion of a small cup. There just always seems to be staff with a serious attitude issue at this location; half the time I’m just trying to grab a drink it’s kind of hard to screw that up so consistently. Worth the extra couple minutes travel time to visit the Yorktown location instead.

Says 24 hour drive thru. No one answered the drive thru so I just drove away. I guess they dont like money?

I came in around 1 pm, 3 cars passed me in the drive thru and no one took my order. After waiting for a while they took my order. I came up to the drive thru and the cashier straight up started talking shit to me about my car. I ignored him and he kept being rude. After I payed I came up to the second window and the guy confirms my order. He gives it to me and I leave. My order was totally wrong. I don’t suggest anyone coming to this McDonald’s. Hope management can take care of this issue.

Ordered a filet o fish TATer SAUCE ON THE SIDE! They kept saying “no tarter” I kept saying tarter on the side! 5 TIMES! Finally got my sauce. They don’t LISTEN! Then said my code wasn’t valid. WTH! I just got it when I pulled up! Never again. Shame! My dad used to be their locksmith in the ‘80’s.

It’s okay. The price I paid for 2 people is wonderful and the place is normally clean and well lit- including the drive thru. However, their system could be better. I ordered thru the app as an in-store pick-up. My order wasn’t labeled and wasn’t on the pick up shelf they have available. There was an unmarked bag and flurry sitting on the counter. But there were 6 other people waiting before I came in. They called out nuggets and flurry for this unmarked bag, which is not my order… A few minutes go by and no one claimed this order, now 3 of the others received their and I’m still waiting. I assume the manager, asked me for my order and I showed them the order on my phone: qpc medium meal with an oreo mcflurry. She asked the cashier, the cashier said it was already called (probably before I got to the establishment). The, assumed, manager looked inside the bag and it was, in fact, my order. Sure have me the bag and mcflurry and I called my mom saying I’m in my way, and when she asked about the order she made sure I had everything. Good thing to, since the drink from the meal was missing. Thus I had to go back inside and wait again for someone to help me. The manager, finishing up with a customer, helped me once more by handing me a cup. That’s when this video happened, my sleeve is all wet, luckily I wore a jacket. I used the other fountain to get my drink, but it turned out to be warm soda. Frustrated enough, I got in the car and drove off. My mom, back on the phone asked if the fries got cold during my adventure in line to McDonald’s, and they have indeed. She said to call them up to explain that online ordering is supposed to be easy. There should have been no reason in having to wait, check my food, or go back inside. I called the location and explained…. All I wanted were some fries for my mom, they obliged. Sooo I had to turn around and go back to pick them up. Thankfully my mom doesn’t live but half a mile away, so I was able to get them and get back to her. The manager was thoughtful and understanding. I just hope this leads down to a better path of marking bags with the order number, name or Even the items that were supposed to be in the order.

I went there in the morning and I was in contact with a young girl named Zaira, she was friendly and kind and she helped me on my food choice. Everyone working was very nice but this little girl stood out to me. Definitely go here and request her service, she is phenomenal!
