Really mean lady there name Maria (the manager)
I asked to get my food made fresh not only was it pink in the chicken but when I got to the window she said “oh it was made fresh when you were ordering it “ , like Maria do you have somewhere to be? I can wait 6mins for my food.! Anyways I wasted $10 and didn’t want to go back because it wasn’t worth it some people just need to have better hospitality especially if I wasn’t mean to you.

What happened with McDonald’s? Does that look like the picture? Why are they being stingy on the fries that they get for pennies on the dollar? Need to work on portion.

Not the A team for attention to detail. Always need to check your order before leaving the drive thru. They try to give expired milk with their happy meals at least half the time, when you point it out they seem as though the concept is foreign. Food is usually ok if you actually get what you order. Last time they actually forgot the cheeseburger for our cheeseburger meal, and gave us a random tub of sweet and sour sauce instead.

Fast and friendly service. There has been a noticeable difference and change in this particular franchise location since last year when they underwent a full-scale remodel inside and out. The outside is like all of the other locations that have recently been renovated and it has an almost industrial type look. The inside is nice and the self service kiosks are pretty cool and there’s always someone available to help if you need help or have a question. Every time I visit this location I am immediately greeted and offered assistance and everyone I’ve dealt with is extremely pleasant and outgoing. And, I have not had one mistake on an order since the remodel last year!! I am very happy with this location and recommend it as the best in the area!

Bad experience!!! waited in line for 10 minutes then received the order. & We received cool coffee then I came back the guy he told me I will make new coffee & then one lady came window & saying we drink whole coffee we just drink little bit …she don’t have sens to talk with customer TERRIBLE customer service

Came to this location at 8:17 pm lobby doors were locked. There were customers inside. Went to the drive thru window to inform them the doors were locked. Was told by the manager not enough people working. Nobody wants to work she said. Drive thru is full and again customers inside eating. So not understanding why the doors or locked. A simple solution would be to tell customers that walk in we are short staffed tonight so it may take a little longer. This location never opens on time in the mornings I’ve experienced that here before also.

Holiday pies are here! Not every State or location has them so make sure you get your hands on one of these custard filled treats while they last. This was my first time and it’s definitely the best pie McDonald’s pie I’ve ever had!
