This is absolutely ridiculous. when i got my dr pepper it wasn’t filled all the way and was flat with no ice, clearly the drink has been sitting out. I watched the male drive thru worker frank over charged me multiple different times and once i informed him i used the app it shouldve been $1.10 he said “whatever a $1 is fine” but pocketed the money i paid with and delete my order. luckily i was still given my drink because i presume it was made prior to me paying since it was just drinks. i’ve come to this location multiple different times i am very disappointed with this visit.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake, but it tasted off. I’m not sure if it was the milk or the chocolate, but it didn’t taste right, so I couldn’t finish it. The shake had a strange flavor something wasn’t fresh. I had to throw it out.

Incompetent drive thru staff. Wait times are always ridiculous in the morning. Staff are more concerned with asking if you’re using their app or to fill out a survey than actually making sure you get the correct food you ordered.

BEWARE! This place likes charging for everything. I ordered something and asked them for some S&S sauce and the girl said it is $.29 cents for each of them. I said what!! that is crazy and I told her she can have it. So make sure you aren’t charged when you ask not all are doing that it is more corporate owned places. Thanks

The morning staff is great. Very friendly and nice workers. However, I’m only giving this location 3 stars because of the guy who takes the drive-thru orders at night. He’s always got an attitude towards everyone. It’s just McDonald’s, dude, it’s not that serious.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to just come to the counter inside. Staff was too busy with door dash and to go orders to give good service. I never write bad reviews but the food was cold and the coffee was barely warm, so I felt someone should know.

I quit going to this specific place due to the rudeness and they always mess up our orders. Well tonight was the worst of the worst because not only did they mess up the whole order when I went inside to get it corrected and I kindly asked them to just give us what was left out they took it all and gave us new food with no fries and didn’t even wrap my burger up all the way and threw it in the bag. Like really. I spent 56$ for my family and got half of the price with messed up food. I work in customer service and this is not even close to being good customer service at all!!!!!! Won’t be eating there EVER AGAIN!!!!

For a McDonald’s it was really clean and the service was great. I have been impressed with the Clown of late. We went to Jackson Hole prior to this one and it was great too.

The service is aweful, I placed an order at this location. They gave me the incorrect food. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he outright refused to acknowledge that there was any error with my order.

I wanted to place an order at the drive-thru, but the guy insisted that I come inside. Once inside, he informed me that I couldn’t order and that I needed to return to the drive-thru. His tone was aggressive, and he was wearing a silver hoodie. I also noticed him dropping something on the floor and placing it in his bag.
