Came in and ordered a Chicken Big Mac, Iced Coffee, an Apple Pie and BBQ Sauce. Only thing they got right was my BBQ Sauce, which was impressive.
Got a regular Big Mac made by a toddler, apple slices (I’m 21, not 5), nearly burnt nuggets and a hot coffee, instead of an iced which I can’t safely drink due to stomach problems. Their receipts on the self order machine isn’t printing ink, which has been a few days now.
Absolutely disgraceful service, never returning to this location. I could’ve made my order myself in 2 seconds, using the longer amount of time they butchered mine. I’ve been visiting this location for some time and never felt so disrespected.

This is getting ridiculous. This location is right by my house, so I have given them too many chances. I will not be going back. There has not been a single time they have gotten my order correct ( well over 10 times now), and they always have an attitude when I’m ordering. Completely ridiculous. I don’t understand how they get away with it.

Wow this location has really been updated since the last time we were here. I must say though the self serve computer screen to order with was alittle more complicated then it needed to be. Had to go through pages to find just an order of fries. That was disappointing, but other then that…everything else was fine here. Thank you!

Ordered a small black coffee Received and received a medium iced coffee. I politely told the girl at the window that it wasn’t what I ordered. She screamed at me “ Don’t you ever roll your eyes at me!”
I was appalled at this unprofessional, intimating semi violent response. Never again. This type of behavior should never be tolerated anywhere. Not to mention that I was overcharged.

Ordered certain items in order to get monopoly pieces. Came without the monopoly pieces, and when I spoke to the manager they dismissed me and did nothing. Said I needed to order the special items they still had if I wanted the monopoly pieces. I ALREADY DID! Thats why I ordered what I ordered! Absolutely ridiculous.

The people are great. It’s not their fault McDonald’s charges $9 for a chicken sandwich that looks like it cost $0.18 to make.
