Went to this location to get the boys some ice cream instead. This location looks like it used to be a bank or insurance building and was very cool. The lady at the counter was friendly and the food was made correctly accurately and fast.

The worker (short Hispanic kid with curly hair worked today around 5PM) decided is a good idea to chat and giggle with his friends who were sitting right next to the kiosk and front about me (my nickname I use on my McDonalds app as I don’t use my actual government name) and thought I wouldn’t hear him say “here he comes” and his friend looking at me trying not to giggle.

2/5: I got food poisoned from burnt but undercooked spoiled chicken.
Ordered the new Chicken Strips + some nuggets for drive-through…
The nuggets and fries were ok. The outer parts of the chicken strips were dried, inedible, and possibly something wrong with it. The inner parts were too thick to chew through.. some of the strips tasted undercooked. I had to throw most of them away.
Good thing too, because I ended up throwing up about an hour later.

On my way home from the cancer center for my infusions & need something so I wouldn’t be sick. I ordered on my app Fries & 1 sweet&sour sauce. When I get to the window they refuse my sauce bc I didn’t order nuggets. I am a vegetarian & if they only knew how my day was going!! Is it really worth a customer over a sauce packet? Never again will I visit this location. Btw this isn’t the first instance of this behavior here.

Was in the drive thru 4/23/24 @ 7:50 pm the lil girl at the first window had such a bad attitude. She opened the window to pass my food and had the meanest look on her face. Handed me my food & slammed the window shut, then walked away. Came back & I asked for ketchup and she threw it at me and it landed on the floor outside my car. I asked for more she then opened the window, slammed it in my hand &’ slammed the window shut. Everytime I come here it’s a poor experience with the food (old, salty, nasty, unfair portions) but this was the first time the customer service was unacceptable. Sharing a pic of my “medium” fries. As a “Mendez Family” establishment I would hope McDonalds as a corporation would run their franchises better.

You just can’t get the order right. Drive up window, egg McMuffins come as sausage, 2 cokes come as one, very tuff communication with drive up frustrating that everything has to be checked before you pull away.

Had to stop after band practice to grab a quick easy meal. The kindness and hospitality I received from the guy taking orders through the drive though was by far the best i have ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. I stopped in on 7/7 right around 9:25. I hope that kid gets a huge raise and should be teaching others how to do the same.

I stopped for just an ice cream cone. Have a sweet tooth. There was a young man working the drive thru and poking his head out the window. He was entertaining and gave a fun welcoming vibe as I waited behind other customers. Positive energy is what we all want. Keep this employee as long as possible!!
