Ordered the McCrispy strips, you can tell the oil hasn’t been changed in a reasonable amount of time because the chicken was so brown and tasted burnt. Also ordered the mccrispy sandwich, same color. Very disappointed in the food.

Nene at this location is always so nice and welcoming. Anytime I’ve had an issue at this location she has been the one to help and always kills it with a smile. Most of the time it seems like McDonald’s workers seem to never care about customers. Nene cares.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at McDonald’s at 1:14 AM on March 2 while picking up an Uber Eats order for DJ N. As a delivery driver, time is critical, and this situation was handled very poorly.

When I arrived, I couldn’t find the order ID anywhere in the Uber Eats app. However, I clearly told the employee the customer’s name (DJ N) and even listed all the items in the order to help her locate it in the system. Instead of trying to assist or check using the information I provided, she immediately refused to help because I didn’t have the order ID.

There was no effort to problem-solve or provide basic customer service. I was told I had to go through the drive-thru and figure it out myself. I ended up sitting in the drive-thru at 1:14 in the morning, trying to connect with an Uber support agent just to retrieve the order ID — something that could have easily been resolved if the staff had been willing to help for even a minute.

This was a complete waste of time and showed a total lack of flexibility and understanding. Delivery drivers are working too, and a little cooperation goes a long way. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.

READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. It really proves why they got these stars. Terrible staff, service and food. Dont ever go here. I ordered 3 orders of hot cakes and these people gave me one butter and one syrup. I told the employee that its missing those so I gave her the bag back and she gave me the same exact bag back with one syrup and one butter for all 3. Ok so one butter and syrup for all 9 pancakes. Great job. O KEEFE FAMILY restaurants has better customer service. I dont recommend this location at all. Called the store a few times too no answer.

Waste of time, don’t even go here, accusing you right from the spot of cutting the line when their drive through speaker didn’t work, refusing to give out order that I paid for. Pre-story: I’ve placed a mobile order, pulled up to a speaker a minute later, speaker was not flashing, no sound was coming out, so I sat in line for 10 min behind 3 cars, pulled up to the window, just to be accused of “cutting the line” and refusing to take my drive through code to give me my order, telling me that I have to go around again, wait again behind all of those cars and provide the code over the speaker… because she cannot take it….

This was hands down one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had — and it was entirely because of the so-called manager working that day. I honestly can’t believe someone this rude and careless is in charge of anything, let alone representing the McDonald’s

We pulled up to the speaker, waited politely, and no one greeted us. After several minutes of silence, we said “hello?” — still no response. Finally, someone came on the intercom with an attitude and said, “I’m not taking orders right now.” No explanation, no apology — just rude and dismissive. We asked why, and he said, “Because I said so.” That’s it.

So we drove up to the window to try to understand what was going on, and the person standing there — who we were told was the manager — refused to even speak to us. We calmly asked for his name to report the situation, and he straight-up refused. He said, “I’m not giving you my name,” then walked away from the window and wouldn’t come back. Completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful.

We weren’t rude. We weren’t being difficult. We just wanted to place a simple order — at a fast food restaurant — and instead we got treated like we were a problem just for showing up.

This man should not be managing anything. He clearly has no concept of customer service, no accountability, and no respect for the people keeping that place in business. If this is the kind of person McDonald’s trusts to run a location, it says a lot about their standards lately.

We ended up leaving without ordering and will never return to this location. I truly hope someone from corporate sees this and takes action — because that behavior is unacceptable, and customers deserve better.

I gave them four stars because I thought the lady that was on the microphone in the drive-thru was so rude she sent me on the camera apparently and I came through the drive-thru from the sideway but I was still in line I didn’t cut in front of anybody or anything like that and she made me drive all the way around in order to get my food so that’s why they got four stars right now.

Worst service ever . He thinks he’s white by making comments about people’s ethnicity and English accent . My jaw dropped to the floor when realized this was the mananger .
This is not the only complain about him based on the others reviews and I’m pretty confident this ain’t the last one .
