I recently went here with my girlfriend and upon placing our order we arrived at the drive thru where I gave them my mobile code and was told to pull up to the front to wait for my food. We spent 20 minutes waiting and never received our food, I went inside to ask them and they told me I never placed it at that location when I clearly had a notification telling me to go to “410 W North Ave” and she told me it was North Ave. I didn’t get a refund but instead was offered to be given the food, but when I got it she only gave me TWO thing from my order not to mention the women I was talking to had attitude towards me trying to understand why my order was “not placed at the right location” honestly this place needs to pay attention to the orders they are taking, but overall their speed and delivery is good i rarely have problems with this place usually just sauces missing but nothing too complain about aside this time.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered once I got to the window and asked for the sauce and the girl with the dreads handing out the food had a really bad attitude and said they charge for sauce but mind you this is the same person along with alot other employees who have handed out sauce for no charge the past times I have been there and once I paid for it she said she doesn’t have any change to give! How can you operate when you have no change to give your customers?

Absolutely zero effort put into a simple sandwich which is $8 btw. Nothing that was supposed to be on the sandwich, was on the sandwich. Bread stale, chicken cold and dry. Life is hard but don’t work if you don’t want to do your job properly.

I go to this location frequently and the service is very fast and employees are friendly food is as you’d expect from a McDonald’s, and the fries especially always come out fresh it seems. Will always go to this location over the villa park when I can. Only complaint is I wish it was open 24hr.

This location horrible had problems multiple times. Everyone at my job stopped coming here for the same reason. Placed online order arrived told to wait 10 mins and I went in because they forgot I was waiting I complained to manager Raquel she was very rude gave me my food eggs were watery not fully cooked. When I came back to tell her about the food she rolled her eyes and walked away another employee helped me. That was the manager acting like that no wonder service at this location is horrible. Also monopoly items on monopoly menu arent coming with game sticker they’re giving old wrappers I asked them why then I was givin the right wrapper. Like are they keeping them for themselves. Horrible location

French fries with cheese and bacon…
From McDonald’s in my opinion are horrible.
Put fries in a BoxAdd cheese and bacon to them And then close the Box it’s like steaming them. They were Very Very Soggy..
Don’t get me wrong I love McDonald’s French fries but not like this….
Also the Mcflurry Tasted likely added flavor to some water…. Did not taste like a shake.
Especially when you wait 11 months to have one (Mcflurry) your expectations are very raised… Just my opinion……
