Well each location can be a bit different in taste or quality. I had Quartr Pounder here and honestly I was disappointed in the beef. It really lacks the beefy flavor it should have. I’d say seasonings are also lacking..I guess only the middle eastern burger spots are good now.

I love McDonald’s, but not this time… unfortunately….it was the first time when I waited for my order for more than 15 minutes (someone who ordered after me got his order earlier than me), the hall was so dirty (but the restroom was wonderfully clean) and no one was removing the numbers from the tables even if no one was sitting there, so it was unclear which tables were free. The last one I ordered a sweet ice tea but I get unsweetened I hope it was just a wrong day for visiting this place.

it has happened many times but today went only for my baby chicken nuggets 6pc and got home got us all settled and there was only 4 nuggets we have paid for fries or things and missing alot. very disappointing! what is going on here -_-

I order hotcakes with oranges. When I came back home and drank orange juice… OMG. It was just water that colored orange. I shocked Mcdonals mixed water in the orange juice that is almost $4 for one cup.

This is for the McDonald’s on Lake-Cook Rd. In Wheeling. Not the one on Dundee. This place was very friendly but very dirty and sticky. I could tell that one of the managers knew I was upset and taking pictures. The garbage was over over flowing, there was a dirty rag on the front counter.I was really disappointed because it seems that this Mcdonalds has really gone down hill. Someone please give them a clue on how to clean up.

This location constantly underfills the fries that I had given up ordering the larger sizes and stuck with small fries. Today was free medium fry day so I figured why not. I got the amount of fries that would’ve been a small size anyway.
Attached is a picture of the fries I received and a picture of the empty container weight. This is a small fry (possibly less to be honest) in a medium container. It’s ridiculous!

Every time we go through the drive thru here, they get the order wrong. Today I ordered a Quarter pounder and only got the bottom part of the bun, the meat, tomato and lettuce. I’m getting tired of always going back inside. I guess I’ll just have to go to the further one.
