My order #1414 on 1/31/2026 the server hanging my food out of the window before I’m even done paying at the first window, then that server is telling me to hurry up because her arm must have been getting tired of hanging and swinging my breakfast out of the window in the cold air??( like I’m her child running out of the door to school, while she handing my bagged lunch to me!!)Then as I’m trying to put my credit card back in my wallet she is almost yelling at me saying sir, sir! as she is still swinging my food at me out of the window and i haven’t even completely pulled up to window yet (she also did this to the car in front of me too). I ask her why are you in such a hurry to push my order out the window at me, she looked directly at me when i ask her that and she then turned her back on me like I’m a red headed step child!!…..omg this McDonald’s is the worst!
Besides being flat out rude, the actions of rushing the food out of the window this fast is that the quality sucks…….
My coffee’s were both cold and my muffins on my sausage Mcmuffin was buttered but completely raw absolutely no color and or crunch not even closed to being toasted! Horrible Horrible breakfast but certainly my breakfast is not as bad as the rude server at the window!!! Every time i go to this McDonald’s i leave upset and saying to myself never, ever again!…….but like a dumbass i went back today?
…….oh yeah don’t bother calling to complain because the management doesn’t answer their phone and you can’t leave a message either, great management skills…..as they say Horrible starts at the top and rolls down thru the ranks!!

This is, without question, the worst McDonald’s in the area. It is astonishing that such a basic order cannot be prepared correctly. Accuracy should be the bare minimum in food service, yet this location fails to meet even that standard. The repeated errors reflect a serious lack of training, attention to detail, and management oversight. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and deeply frustrating.

Ok they miss a toy from one of my kids meal, I’m in the phone a lady answer the phone, I explain her one of my kids meal was missing the toy ,( Sounds simple to fix the issue DO NOT) I’m in the phone for over 20 minutes only to they take my name and tomorrow I can pick up the toy again sounds simple but why take this long only to do what they have to do they pay them to do a job why make so difficult when is so simple, they don’t know how to work? They want me to show them how to do they job? The only complaint was they miss to put the toy in the box that’s it, think what’s going to happens if they screw up you order will take weeks only to answer the phone. I’m still in the phone for over 20 min, I’m sorry NOW WHAT? 24 min and still in the phone waiting

I cannot say too much bad things of McDonald’s since it the same fashion food they have over decades.
What I can say of this location is that they have gad different interior design sign. The kiosk are there in case no cashiers are attendant during busy hours.
The issue though comes that if you do order through the kiosk then ask to grab a number for your order for the employee to bring it to you. They don’t. You still have to get up to pick up your order. There really isn’t a point to that.
Other than that nothing bad overall of the location. It is just a quick grab and bite.

Hot Dog
I ordered large fries and got this. My medium fries literally had more than the large. 2nd time in a row this happened. Shady act to cut cost and steal from their customers.

Food was actually better here then in Phoenix. The nuggets tasted better and glad they did cause they forgot all our sauce on a 20 piece chicken nugget meal. They do not honor military discount so I would not be going back.

Got the crappiest service last night. Messed up my coffee. Went back , didn’t even care to remake it . You have people watching a football game. Kids cursing. No care for decent service . The most disappointing.

They have remodel this mc Donald’s it super nice now check the before and now pic the staff are friendly and courteous excellent service every time I visit the restroom always clean. Fire place and television it’s awesome there. You will find a few indifferent characters because of the hotel next to.

✔️Not a bad McDonald’s, recently upgraded, it seems that a lot of vagrants hang around outside of the building. Probably due to the transient hotel next door and the busy Corner location at Green Bay and Grand Avenue which lends itself to panhandling. The facility itself is very clean, and most of the staff were efficient, although they were not as personable or engaging as the facility on North Lewis Avenue.✔️✔️✔️✔️
