Normally I don’t have many problems with this McDonald’s, but lately when I have put in an order to be delivered to my table, I end up having to go up to the counter to get it. Now for some that may not seem like a big deal, but it seems like they pick particular people to deliver to, and others they make come up to the counter. The easiest way I can put this is I feel I’m being discriminated against.. it should be they always bring it to your table, or they turn that part of the app off.. and I know you’re going to respond please go to the survey website so it can be investigated. I have done that two or three times, and have never been contacted.

Very disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. All I ordered was a Happy Meal for my 5-year-old daughter and simply asked if her fountain drink could be switched to a water instead of soda. The staff insisted on charging me for a bottled water, even though they’ve given us water in a cup before. When I got frustrated trying to explain that, they refused us service altogether — they wouldn’t even give food to a 5-year-old. It’s ridiculous that my daughter had to miss out on her meal just for wanting to make a healthier choice. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Worst part of all is that the manager refused to speak to me on the matter. ? Whats the point of being a manager?!

The girl messed up our order and then tried to blame me for her screw up. All of the girls working behind the counter were Spanish and the two were saying nasty things about me and my family, not realizing that I know how to speak Spanish. The manager yelled at them to stop because she saw I was understanding them. We only went there because my son just graduated Navy Boot Camp and that’s what he wanted otherwise their food is complete garbage

The facility is clean in all areas. The staf is friendly and bring your food to the table. New bacon fries are better than expected as wes the jalapeno chicken.

These people take forever to give you the food and the manager is a man and is very rude when you tell him to come hurry up and last time I waited almost 30 minutes for my food when I ordered it on the app.

If I could give Flor 10 stars for customer service I would. I go to McDonald’s more times than I’d like to admit, but anytime Flor has taken my order she’s always been super nice & professional. It’s employees like her that deserve the raises & promotions. Overall this specific McDonald’s location has professional & friendly employees! Great experience everytime! 100/100!

Chain food. That’s the idea. Meets the std. Self svc kiosk to place order which gives staff a checklist to follow, but they still forget to put items in the bag. When will I learn to check bag before leaving places? I guess it’s my fault.
