I had a pretty good experience at this McDonald’s. The food was alright and came out fresh and warm, which is always nice. It wasn’t anything super special, but it was exactly what I expected from McDonald’s and it definitely did the job when I was hungry.
What really made the visit better was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was nice, polite, and helpful, and they made ordering quick and easy. They were patient and friendly, which made the whole experience feel more comfortable and welcoming.
I also really liked how clean the dining area was. The seats and tables were clean, and it was easy to find a place to sit without having to wipe anything down first. The restaurant looked well taken care of, and it didn’t feel messy or crowded.
The bathrooms were also clean, which I really appreciate because that’s something that matters a lot when you’re eating at a fast-food place. It showed that the staff actually pays attention to keeping the restaurant neat and organized.
Overall, the food was alright, the staff was very nice, and the clean tables, seats, and bathrooms made the experience better. I would come back again, especially because the service and cleanliness were good.

Andrew is a fantastic employee and person. He reads the order back to make sure it is correct and tells you what the cost is at the drive through. He is friendly and a good people person.
I know that he is “just doing his job”, but so many people lack these basic skills that is it worth mentioning when it happens

Completed a mobile order to save time, didn’t do the drive through and picked curbside. I took a meal and I did a customized burger. Based on my receipt and order not sure what happened. Not only was it wrong but it was sloppy, there is a reason why I haven’t visited McDonald’s in a few months.

I stop here every morning for my coffee. I have to say the ladies in the drive through are the best. In two years I have been coming here they have never got my order wrong. They are so friendly and I don’t know how they are always in the best mood ever. Hands down the best McDonalds. It’s always clean and quick. This stop on my way to work takes me maybe 5 minutes from ordering to getting my coffee. They are so fast and the coffee is always perfect.

McDonald’s in Wauconda on Liberty (176) are very bad about correct orders. Multiple times they even tried to give me somebody else’s order. I’m talking drive-thru. They are inconsistent in every category and need to be re-trained…

Any other time I go
It’s usually good here. However tonight my boyfriend stopped for just 2 QPC and a rootbeer, completely empty there were 3 cars in the parking lot. Both burgers had no toppings! That’s a special kind of laziness right there
