There was a bug in the cup I was given, all the straws were wet with the paper crumbling off them, I had to ask twice before receiving a replacement cup, I usually love this location but today I was really disappointed with my experience today.

I hate to complain, but I have to say every time that I go to this McDonald’s to get their breakfast, their hashbrowns are the most horrible’ist hashbrowns I’ve ever eaten! I always have hope that they’re going to be good, but I just get a big disappointment! And their worst then the last! These hashbrowns that I got today, they’re so hard, and so cold! We just came to the drive thru today (July 15,2023) at 5:12 pm and the guy ( man ) that was handing out the food gave us the wrong happy meal so we asked him to put inside the extra fries instead of the apple slices ( that was what we originally ordered) and he was not receiving the request very happy ( just like angry ) and we left and we just heard him saying very loud ( screaming ) “thank you “ with a sarcastic voice for sure
