My McRib bun was stale and in the past I would have just eaten it but with it approaching $6 I have decided I am not going to eat lousy food anymore. I went to the counter and waited 3 or 4 minutes with my McRib in hand for someone to come. (I hate these new designs where the kitchen and prep area are hidden because no one can see you.) With a major attitude the girl behind the counter says what’s wrong with your sandwich? I politely said the bun is stale. She says well thats a new one I’ve never heard that before. What do you mean your bun is stale? I said it’s hard! I hand it her and she hands it to her manager and with the same attitude she says he said his bun is hard! At that point I raised my voice and said I can do without the attitude. I finally received a hot sandwich with a soft bun. This is not a McDonald’s I have ever visited before and never will again.

Awful McDonald! The people in the drive thru are so rude they think they are better than everyone else! Even the manager! I went here tonight and I gave the cashier my card and she give it back when I pulled up to the second window they said my card didn’t work I told them well you rude employee just tipped it and gave it back! The manager said I’m stealing from them! And I told them let me try Apple Pay and they took 2 minutes to take my phone to tap it! It’s McDonald’s same food as always. I needed to kill some time waiting for a test and decided to go grab some lunch. I ordered a double filet o fish. I didn’t know they had a double. Same taste as always. I do like their fish.

This location has gone WAY downhill. Rude employers, and the drive thru takes 10 minutes or more. Fast food gets timed per order. They fake those times for corporate by having you pull forward, and stop the timer. This place is the CEO of fake drive thru times.
