On 3/7/2023 at 5:55pm, I visited the McDonald’s located in Highwood, IL and purchased a large sweet iced tea with two lemons, when the ice melted I noticed inside at the bottom of the cup two white tablets. Not sure what the tablets were but when I called McDonald’s to inquire about it, no one could address my concern and I was told to call back the next day around 4p to speak with a manager. At this time, I am very concerned because I have never seen anything like this in any of my drinks from McDonald’s. (see attached pics)

Boy oh Boy, today July 25th around 5:30 pm I encountered a big hispanic, young guy taking the order in the drive through looked like he was stoned and very unprofessional at the window. Then the cashier another young hispanic guy looked like he was half asleep! He asked me to drive forward until food comes out, I asked for my receipt and he said you need the receipt and I said, you are ALWAYS suppose to give receipt, don’t ask if you want it, I said.

We went to this McDonald’s on the way through to Wisconsin. We ordered our food on the kisok. Sat at the table, resturant was empty and it took a long time for our order to come. 1 of the shakes and 2 drinks were missing. Our daughters shake was wrong when it came.

My ill grandma was so in the mood for her favorite caramel sundae. As the pic shows I get an ice cream that looks like a SAMPLE with a DROP of caramel. They really cheaped out on this sundae! Not only that, they constantly mess up my orders and they’re all half asleep in there! This location needs some re-training.. I will not be going there again.

The restaurant was beautiful. Really clean and comfortable seating. Staff was super competent and quick. However, the fries were tasteless. We even asked for a replacement. They were fresh but tasted like you imagine paper does.

Went through the drive through and ordered a blue raspberry slushie. The lady with the pink hair and pink nails said that they didn’t have them anymore. I reluctantly settled for a chocolate milkshake. I then pulled around the drive through and saw someone sitting outside with a blue raspberry slushie.
